I was nervous when we walked in to the restaurant and not a single other customer was there, however, the food was incredible and the ramen comes with plenty to take home!! ❤️

We go here for the hibachi dishes. They vary from time to time so much that we have stopped

Very bad customer service! He wasn't speaking while we were telling him what goes on our food. He seemed to have an attitude and was aggressively scooping food.I asked him if he was having a good day. He said just tell me what you wantI think said, have a nice day and my husband & I left
Kale Eilers (ghouler then you)
It's a fun and delicious experience to go eat at in person while the do offer doordash and such its much better when you dine in.
My daughter and I walked in 30 minutes from closing and they treated us wonderfully... even as first time customers we were told what was good and what was a good bargain... I would definitely go again... and we will be... highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet environment to enjoy some ramen...

We were basically ignored when we walked in. The guy behind the counter was on his phone He never even looked at us. When we were looking at the menu, no one greeted us. Didn't feel welcomed there so we walked out and went to Granite City Food & Brewery and had better service and great food.

Had the ramen. Enjoyed the pork but average ramen. Still better than ika san but needs to work on soup flavor. Doesn't have the depth that tonkotsu usually has. Would like to give another chance.

My daughter and I went in today to try this for the first time. We asked for guidance, as we really weren't familiar with the things on the menu, but we like to try new things. After the young person basically read the menu to us, which we had just stared at for 10 minutes, my daughter ordered steak and chicken hibachi and crab rangoon, and I ordered a Hawaii bowl. Her dinner came out, and the crab rangoon, and we munched in the appetizer while we waited for my bowl. It didn't come, and didn't come. I went up to the counter to ask about it, and it hadn't been made. When it came, it was basically an avocado and rice bowl with a little tuna. So much avacado! And, raw tuna was placed on hot rice, which creates unsafe food temperature. I didn't eat all of it. I just couldn't. Daughters food was just ok. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. It wasn't good. Sorry.

Poor service and potential food poisoning alert. I have not had issues at other locations, but this particular one has no led to what is most-likely food poisoning. Salmon and tuna options tasted "off."

Tonkutsu Raman is flavorless. Ramen base might as well be plain water and the pork is grilled with no flavor either.Poke bowl was OK not great had some flavor which is why the review is 2 not 1 stars.

This place has fantastic fresh food. First time here. Love the California poke bowl. Husband had a ramen dish. Very happy. Can't believe we have lived close and never tried it. I thought it was a sushi bar. It is not. Yummy.

Still good food but the experience used to be much better. They have continued to use smaller bowls and give less protein after raising the prices. People are very nice but the value of going here is diminishing.
