I really enjoy Hiro. Between all the locations in Lincoln and Omaha, this one is my favorite to go to. Service is always great and they don’t “forget” about you. Tonight was probably the best yet. Our server, Grace, was just on top of it and attentive. She even asked if we had dietary restrictions or allergies. All of our food was hot when it came out and even tastier than usual. Will be coming here again and again.

Music is so loud with annoying selections. I forgot about that during my last visit. Couldn't have a conversation without nearly yelling. Even wait staff taking our order "What?? ...could you repeat that?"

Probably my favorite sushi place that I've found in town. Restaurant is gorgeous and elegant yet super inviting and casual. Server was super friendly and helped make us feel at home during our first time there. Cocktail menu is delicious plus a big sake selection. Sushi is off the charts good and they have so many varieties you'll find something you love. I most definitely will be coming back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free labels

Great place for a nice date night! Great sushis and the drinks were def hitting the spot. The sushi was top notch and we had several different rolls and they did not
We were a party of four, and we had a variety of sushi, sashimi, small plates and entrees. All the food was delicious and well-presented. Our server, Alexis, was attentive, helpful and fun! Love the lotus blossom light fixtures! Definitely will return (again!)
We have eaten at HIRO many times and love it but this time our waiter clearly did not care about us. We sat down before 6:00, and he saw us, in hopes to order to get a couple drinks from the happy hour menu. By the time he came to our table it was after 6 and made no accommodation to try and honor happy hour due to him not making an effort. During our meal he seemed annoyed by us having kids at the table, yet they were the quietest 4 kids in the restaurant. At one point my husband asked for another beer or a box and the waiter looked at him out of the corner of his and kept walking.
Gluten free menu items was wonderful. Did learn that you need to let the wait staff know that the items marked need to be made Gluten free. Otherwise they will not be made that way. Food was so wonderful! Definitely a favorite spot to eat.
Overall, the food was very good. The host seemed like she was having a bad day and put us at a table when I requested a booth. Later on we did get a booth, but again, she seemed upset. I'm sure not at us, but whatever happened, she took it personal. Our server, however, was kind and came by our table every 10 min to check on us. For the most part, it was a good Valentine's Day. :)
