There are two HuHot locations in Lincoln. This one is slightly smaller than the other one. This location seems to be better run. I have never had anything less the great service. Never seen them out of anything at the ingredients bar. Grill guys work great. Best Mongolian Grill in Lincoln.Vegetarian options: They have Tofu and a plentitude of vegetable choices. Would be nice if the sauces were labeled as vegetarian or vegan, but those can be looked up online. Pretty standard for vegans.

In this day of age I left this place scratching me head and totally dissatisfied. I wouldn't believe dinner for two adults would be 60. Second I understand and appreciate a clean restaurant but come on having to listen to a vacuum run not but 10 feet away was ridiculous. Lastly, jts a shame that they would rather be wasteful and throw your food away over letting you take it to go. And I get it. You cant go and get a new plate and take it. Idk. Maybe its just me

Love to eat here. Now they have zucchini noodles in addition to the regular options. Talipia was a nice option as a protein as well.Dietary restrictions: zucchini noodles for those who can't do the standard noodles.
They were out of mushrooms and had been since the night before and your restaurant is literally right next door to a grocery store. I didn’t pay $16 to not get what I expected. That’s ridiculous that no one went to the grocery store next door and got more.

My wife and I went here to eat one night and they were extremely busy. Both my wife and I enjoy ours cooked just a little longer than most and we requested this of the cooks even though they were super busy. They were glad to help and even checked in when they thought it was close to make sure it was prepared to our likeness. They are lucky to have cooks that really want people to enjoy their experience. 5 stars for this location and 10 stars for the staff. Thanks

Honestly , I was expecting more items and combination for a Sunday night dinner, I think I misunderstood their menu and offerings. For a grill I belief it’s good if you are looking to have Asian noodle and protein options. The combination and variety of the items perhaps can be better.The environment is nice and they have a lot of space , family and children friendly.
