Normally pretty decent all around. Better communication as a team would be best. Waited over 30 minutes on a doordash for one item but yet after all the order was ready for idk how long with three to four wait staff stating it was and wasn't finished. It wasn't being kept on the heating unitl either and the items being delivered threw doordash made me worry about the quality of the food. They were decently busy with maybe half a restaurant if that full and paying and leaving at 12am but being the first doordasher in and waiting over 30 min for an order that was complete for unknowingly how long with two other dashers coming, having orders packaged and given and apologizing to them but when I kept asking about my order to deliver they said they were still working on it or ignored me. Hope it improves and communication and focus can be better presented to all guests and doordashers.Parking: 27th IHOP spacious parking around buildingKid-friendliness: Amazing with kids anytime I've went with family or friendsWheelchair accessibility: All areas seem to be able to have a ramp in the sidewalk concrete to help stay accessible to any handicap or disabled concerns

worst service i’ve ever gotten. my server was the manager, he was pretty nice but it took him over an hour and a half to get us our bill, i ended up having to ask another server for it. i payed online, and on my way out they accuse me of not paying. the server told me she’d check to make sure i payed and i couldn’t leave until she checked. never coming back here again.

Where do I start....#1 - my whole order was wrong. I paid extra for cheese crisp on my burger and didn't get it. My husband didn't get bacon or cheese on his sandwich and he ordered a BACON chicken sandwich#2 - My Mac n cheese had the plastic lid they warm it up in inside the Togo container! Luckily it wasn't a kid eating that meal. They would've ended up chewing plastic or worse choking#3 - when I called to complain the lady was very apologetic and nice but told me there wasn't a manager on site and the cool was new which is why my $45 order was messed up. HOW CAN YOU RUN AN ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT MANAGEMENT ON SITE?!We are truckers and traveled from Dallas TX in a semi so I couldn't drive to the restaurant and have them re make it or couldn't get a refund for this horrible meal. Worst IHOP in the country.

Bad customer service... I ordered pick up and had to drive all the way back from home for the manager to look at the pancakes and tell me they were right. I ordered new york strawberry cheesecake pancakes... There was NO strawberry or whipped cream just plain pancakes. He then just throw some strawberries and cream in a bag and handed it to me.... Never going back.... NOT PLEASED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM.

**DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR SMALL GROUPS/FAMILY**This place is great for large groups (6+) because the servers will pay attention to you. We had placed our order prior to the two large tables, one of which was seated 15 minutes AFTER us, and both tables received their orders.I'm unable to leave an individual rating for the food category because despite waiting for 40 minutes after placing our order for our table of three, we never got our food! Even after asking our server a couple of times how much longer, all we would get is, "it's on its way!" She never once bothered to walk into the kitchen to check. We asked for the check for our drinks or a manager, she walked away never to return and no one else did either. We had to find someone to try to ring up the drinks. To their credit, they didn't charge us for the drinks due to terrible service.

The dinner manager served me tea with hot water and lemons with cups and tea bags in cups. He then proceeded to never come back to serve my table and I waited 20 min without being talked to. He was not able to understand what I was saying. And then once Dawn came on she came up to us immediately and served us without hesitation. Dawn is the best server I have had at Ihop!

We usually come here on Sundays and are always pretty happy with the service but today we where very disappointed, we got sat right away but no one took our drink order until maybe 10 minutes after we got sat. Than we waited 45 minutes for our food! I’m not even exaggerating we had a timer on our phone for our dryers at the laundry place and had to add more time since our food hadn’t even came out yet! The food once it was came out was maybe luke warm so we could tell that it was sitting for a while but the milkshake was good that my sister had ordered
