My husband and I went around 9:30 this morning. Not necessarily busy, quite a few empty booths. We were seated at a two person booth, next to the kitchen and restrooms. I looked at the waitress....really??? She said the hostess decides where people are seated. Our server was very friendly, did a great job for us. The other small booths were never filled.

Came in stood to Be seated. Long Red head waitress seats us, walks away, never came back. Young Mexican man comes, takes our order, comes back with coffee and 2 cups slams on table, No silverware! Walks away to take another table order, never came back with silverware! I had to get up go retrieve our silverware, ? customers watching me, looking in shock, they get up to leave after they had eaten. I walk back to booth sit down wrap our silverware as male waiter arrives, he takes our order, goes to other table stands talks to them. He brings our food, comes back, we Asked for a box! takes our card, and rings up our bill and We got No Box! Your employees SUCK! Bad service all around for only having 5 tables.I bet He/ She wondered why No Tip!Cause you suck at your job! Dude!You act a teenager with downs syndrome trying to chat up friends at the next table. I have nothing against D.S. teens but this one here? Needs retraining, with the white waitress with long red dyed ponytail. She needs more training, and needs to move faster.

When u wait over 20 minutes just to be asked if anyone has even talked to ,what a joke .... then ya I get it being out of stuff but coffee come on no COFFEE AT BREAKFEST SHOP WOW GOOD JOB LOL THEN WE ASKED FOR ICE TEA LIMEADE GOT 2 WATERS NO SODA THERE IS NO DIERECTHION HERE DO NOT WASTE UR TIME. THIS IS A JOKE ? ? ? THE MANGER NO WIERE TO HELP OR LEAD HIS TEAM

We walked in and the place was dead, not a person there. The lights were turned down low so the place looked closed. A guy came from out back and told us to sit down where we like. He then told the guy taking a nap in the booth to get up. A guy took our drink order then you hear him on the phone singing to someone. A few minutes later he tells someone in the back to make the drink order. At this time we got up and left as it seemed like it was going to be a long ordeal.

First impressions mean a lot since this is my first time here. The hostess was really rude. She was pushy and very short with me and my friend. We were sat right by front door and the entire time we were eating she was short and rude with other customers to the point she walked away from a group of 4 to find a table and mumbled rude remarks about them under her breath. Unfortunately, it was loud enough for us to hear. We heard her bad mouth other employees to 2 customers that she was seating right behind us because the table was still dirty from the previous customers. When we were seated, we had to actually go to the hostess podium to get our silverware because the hostess wasn't giving anyone silverware even though the basket was right next to the menus that she had. When we open that silverware, it was dirty and had to go get more. We both had the pablano omelet which was really good. The pancakes were fairly good. We also had crepes, but definitely wasn't worth the $12 that they cost. I went to use the women's restroom and it was very dirty. Our waitress was really nice even though you could tell she was very busy because a lot of people came in all at once. She was the main reason I gave the service as high a rating as I did. Definitely didn't appreciate the spectacle the hostess put on during our meal.

They have a good general manager of the store that. Works with the employees very well and wants them to have a nice clean restaurant this restaurant has become a lot cleaner since they had a new general manager.

it took an hour for our food to appear when there was only one other table, none of the tables were cleared (before or during the time we were there - which was well over an hour and a half), the floor was DISGUSTING, our waitress took her smoke break in the middle of serving our table, we had to go up to the counter to ask for our check, and there were cleaning buckets on some of the tables. will not be returning to this location as my experience was just generally sub par and disgusting.
Food was good. Service was impeccable!! Malachi needs a raise for what he does. He was sprinting in and out of the restaurant when we put in a curbside order and there were a couple things missing. He was polite, fast, and patient. Only complaint I have is there was 2 curbside spots and both of them had cars parked but nobody in them. So we had to park in the middle of the driving lane in the parking lot to get our food. But other than that good place to go!

The food was the worst, all my food was cold and my husband's wasn't cooked right they put some type of red onion that was slime on his hamburger. Don't waste your money going here there is a Cheddar's up the street about 2 blocks I heard they are good! The atmosphere was unclean.

Alrondo Taylor the GM for this store has to be one of the most proficient, patient people I have ever met. I had an issue this GM solved the issue in less than 3 minutes. He and his staff have gone above and beyond still to this day!!!!! I literally had to reach out to him for problems Iam having with the north 27th street restaurant and staff. This problem has been existing over 9 days with the GM of that store ignoring, me and treating me like Iam not important. Kudos to Alrondo and his store. If you want good food good service and kindness eat at IHOP 66th and O you will be amazed.

Wow, what a great experience this evening Jermaine Jackson was an amazing waiter. Kind of been the best experience ever going to IHOP for the first time brought family in after the Hockey game, and he made it a fun atmosphere for us, answered all of our questions about our food I come to ask for a better waiter, and the food industry being a previous server he is exactly what our food service needs..
