Excellent Subs with tasty ingredients.I ordered the number 4 and was impressed by the flavor even though I held key ingredients off, like olive oil and vinegar. Definitely recommend the cheesy bread for your sub as well.The inside environment is very laid back with different seating options. Staff is very friendly and make awesome sandwiches!!! ?? 5 stars all day ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Much love ?❤️

My wife and I have been coming to this location for about a year now and every single Sunday after church their dedicated staff supply us with a sub above experience with their top of the line customer service, treating us like genuine friends, and their sub above sandwhich making abilities. The line is always stocked and very fresh looking. I’ve never had a bad experience here before, in fact I always leave a happy camper (:
I was super happy to see they had gluten free bread, which tasted great and didn’t fall apart. They were extremely accommodating without having to ask, which is always nice!

It’s like every time I come it’s the end of the world I’ve never had to wait so long for a sandwich and it’s not like they don’t have employees working their is always 3 plus employees working I’m not sure what makes them so slow?

You guys shut your grills down at 7:30 on a Saturday? I drove 20 minutes away just to be told that I couldn’t get a cheesesteak. Maybe you should post it on your website that you shut your grills down at 7:30 so people don’t drive clear across town.
Jersey Mike's is one of the better sub sandwich places around. We received very good service and the food was good. The place is clean and well staffed.

Walked in to order food and it’s 12 degrees outside and it was just as cold in the store and I asked someone who was working if they had the heat on and she said “oh we do” with an attitude so I told my family I wasn’t taking the attitude and we weren’t eating here and we left and as we were walking out she said well maybe that’s the problem (the door being open and closed) so my husband turned around and said “who’s the manager?” And one with the attitude said she was, my husband proceeded what makes her think she can talk to us that way and he said “he came here to eat and not for an attitude and not from someone like you” then both workers walked to the back and ignored us. So we left. Very disappointed because Jersey Mike’s is our favorite sandwich shop. Would not recommend that store to anyone. Until those people don’t work there anymore. Us as customers shouldn’t have to put up with that. I had small children and it was freezing in there. And all I asked was about the heat.

I went in and was immediately rushed to order by the dungeon and dragons looking meat cutter, the mountain man looking toppings guy then messed up our sandwiches and blamed us instead of a simple apology. Food was good but employees are walking L’s.
