My delivery order took an hour to get to me even though I was only 4 minutes away from the store AND they forgot my chips. :( would not recommend ordering delivery from this JJ’s.

1 ordered the bundle payed 60.10 for 10 mini sandwhiches . ordered over the phone , lady said they dont put mayo on there sandwhiches . her mistake because ive worked for jimmy johns before and i know they come with mayo .2 brought me my food but didnt even have change so he gave me my food left his bag with me , brought me my change back and didnt even want his delivery bag back ???? started eating the food and tasted like stale bread . like i was eating bread straight from 2 days ago . wasnt fresh and it was crunchy and not the good type of crunch example id give is like nuts and bread together . 0/10 Never eating here again . disappointed wish i could get my money back that was disgustingthey didnt even bring the complementary pickle its supposed to come with

So I've ordered from here for delivery like I have done so before and I waited by my door for the delivery person and I never got my order. After 10pm, which I should've gotten my order by then, I tried calling the store. After 2 minutes and 10 seconds of ringing after getting off the automated voice menu, there's no voicemail, the phone just hangs up. I called 3 times and the same thing happened. No one called or texted me about trying to find my house, which they delivered to before. The app said it had been delivered as I'm standing at my door, waiting for my order. So I cannot get a hold of them to see what happened to my order or get a refund since I did NOT receive my order. I just want my damn order, they better give me my money back for this.

Should of read the reviews. Thought Jimmy John's was suppose to be friendly. Dude at the counter stared and didn't say anything. Made it a deal when I misspoke my order. I can tell by the other 30 reviews that say the same thing management don't care. I'll pass on this again

Price gouge much? See the photos for the same sandwich. This location ($11.99 / $23.89) VS the one on 84th Street ($8.50 / $15.99). I'm never going here again. Congratulations, you did it.

I have ordered from this location multiple times, as the food always taste amazing! I have had great service every time, with a very accurate delivery time.
Rude, apathetic employees and poor management. Acted as if they had better things to fill their time with than helping customers. Only memorable employee name was a Jessica-seemed to be the most apathetic. Better off going to a different JJ

Ordered from this location two days in a row first day took over 35 min and I was within 2 blocks of them and second day I was in the same place and the order never came even with me calling them and giving detailed instructions where I was.

I haven’t had Jimmy John in years but I was craving it so I ordered for a few days now and all the delivery drivers that came to deliver my food have been nothing but nice, my order is always done right and overall my experience with Jimmy John’s has been the best. Will definitely be ordering more food, especially from this location.

Very nice place not too far from Nebraska University. I hit this place on my long walk. I had a Little John Roast Beef sandwich and a bottle of water for snack. Employees were all nice and fast service too! My sandwich was made perfect, not too much mayo. Good atmosphere and good music! Definitely recommend here for a nice lunch.
