Management keeps the store short staffed. Lunch rush and there was 3 people working. 10 cars in the drive thru and people inside. The girl at the front was running around trying to make sandwiches, one guy making drive thru meals didn’t rush at all and also didn’t try to help with front of house. Stood and waited for 10 minutes to be greeted.Got my Vito and there’s barely anything on it.

I ordered a very specific sandwich:Beach club sandwich, with hollowed out top, and NO MAYO. Double veggies, tomatoes cucumber and pickles. Grey poupon. They didn't bother to listen at all. There were no tomatoes, or pickles. The sandwich was blah, and the sandwich maker was curt, and rude. Huge disappointment!!!

I ordered two little John’s & used a rewards for a free red velvet cookie on Friday (2/24/23) at 11:47 A.M. Not only did I wait OVER an hour for my food, but it was also missing the cookie!!!

We had a chance to eat at the Jimmy John's near 70th and A Street. The bread was cold not toasted the service was probably acceptable to potato chips tasted stale the bread tasted stale a very very poor experience will not go back again
