Went to drive though. Wait was abnormally long even though not that many cars. The person at the window was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. This is a person that should not be in a job interacting with customers. This business needs to review their hiring and management practices.

There is nothing Freaky Fast about this location!!! Ordered 2 sandwiches and it has taken over an hour and a half to be delivered. Not the first time they've taken forever to deliver.

I've eaten at many sub shops but this one has left a permanent bad taste in my mouth way before I even took a bite. I was inside eating when a lady came in claiming a kid joked about putting drugs and asbestos in her food. The kid and managers didn't deny what they said. Tampering with food is no joking matter. This disturbed me so much that I had to leave. Just go to Jersey Mike's where the food is good, fast, and no threats of being literally poisoned. You lost my business, and others who saw how this was handled. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was told "jokingly" by a young man when handed my food through the drive through there was FENTYNAL IN MY FOOD! Then he said he was just kidding, it's ESPECSITIS!?! This was disturbing! I will not be going back to Jimmy John's for a long while. NOT OKAY!

Went thru the drive thru to pick up an order and when i open my bag my cookie was broken already and my sandwich was triple wrapped, was rlly inconvenieniced

I'm a regular. Order via app. Pick up via drive thru. Manager always has a smile. Convenient, easy and I enjoy the plain slims...simple. Service, efficiency, and taste keep me coming back. Personally, I like the bread most.
