Good food sometimes and nUsually, don't get what you order. In a bucket and the bag soda are always leaking, so watch out for that when you get it. Then, when you ask for plates and plastic flatware, they get mad and frustrated like it's coming out of their pockets.

Every time I have come to this KFC there is something wrong/missing from my order. The last straw was ordering their gizzards and receiving old, soggy, not crispy gizzards. When asked to get a fresh batch, they literally tossed the same batch in the fryer and handed them right back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again the following Friday, when ordering I asked for them to be made fresh, that was not an option. For only having gizzards on Fridays you would think they’re at least made fresh, nope. Definitely do not recommend this KFC, very poorly managed.

First time I've had KFC in probably ten years. I ordered dinner for my wife, infant son and myself. The food wasn't bad I kept comparing the fries to Popeyes and have to say they've got KFC beat. The sides are pretty small but that's the way the world is now.Parking: It's too dark to have a poorly illuminated parking lot especially in a ghetto part of town. I'm a big guy and I even triple checked that the car doors were locked.Wheelchair accessibility: Located street level, no legs=no problem.

What a horrible experience. My buddies and I used to joke about Kentucky Fried Pigeon in some ports overseas. They will be happy that they opened a location in Lincoln. The kiddo sized sides were a joke as well. I finished my "food" and went to Cheese Steak Grill to get something to eat because I was hungry when I left.

Night shift is losing you money. Lunch staff is fine but dinner crew wouldn't answer drive thru for 4 cars. We all drove off while kitchen staff stood there. Btw this was 2 hours prior to the posted closing time. Absolutely ridiculous ?
If you are talking about the KFC in Belmont then, The staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. However if you are talking about KFC on South St. Then they are RUDE, they throw all your food in one container. I had ordered 3 orders of chk nuggets, and they put them all together in one container and had I asked for it that way it would have been ok but the order was for 3 children and when I questioned it the lady with green hair slammed the window in my face. I live on the south side of town but will drive to Belmont to get treated with respect, my order the way I ask for it & better food.
