There are so many different vegetarian options. The drink menu is extensive and has prices on all drinks including single and doubles. They offer 4 different dipping sauces, spicy soy, soy, sweet soy, and ponzu. The lobster and crab Rangoon are incredible. Miso soup is fantastic. Love the sushi and the yaki soba!

What a place!! We went for a business dinner and had the best time and meal ever! We started with some gyozas and lobster Rangoon, that were both exquisite. I didn’t have any drinks but two of my colleagues did and they couldn’t stop praising how good they were. Our waiter was really attentive and fast, he got us everything in order and even gave us some very good recommendations on things to try out. 4 in the table got the barbecues, which to me was some spectacle to watch! I ordered two sushi rolls, sushi tempura with avocado and mango, and a vegetarian option with tofu. I was so full but ate everything because it was incredibly delicious. One of the best sushi I have tried ever. Even the miso soup and the salad were great and very tasty. We didn’t have any more room for dessert though for a next visit will definitely try them. Highly recommended place!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian sushi options, I tried one with tofu and it was exquisite

We had a reservation for Koen, but when we showed up, there were a lot of people waiting to be seated who also had reservations, and the host told us that their system was down. We waited for 30 minutes to be sat, and our grill booth seating area was moved so up close to the grill, that I could not move it back without squishing the person behind me. Therefore, I sat upright and squished the entire dinner. Our server was very nice, but I could tell that he was very stressed out, and that the manager was pushing him to cycle out our table. It was awkward to experience, and this is the second time I've been to Koen where our sushi takes the entire meal to get out.

We love diversity and fun. Grilling our meat gives us time to really enjoy each other. The meats are tasty. Good selection of vegies. Plus, they have syshi and man non-grill items. Birthdays are fun. Service is good. One of our go 2 restaurants.Happy hour is great.Make reservations on a Friday or Saturday nights...busy.

My friends and I went out to Koen for the first time last night and it was the BEST dining experience so far. There were three of us, so we ordered the Samurai course. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful. The Samurai comes with several appetizers, but we also ordered the fried gyoza (very yummy!). We ate all the appetizers and they did their job by building an appetite, so we had plenty if room for the main course. Our server then turned on the grill and showed us (not told us) how to use it so we could fully enjoy the experience. The grilling was probably the most fun. You have full control over how long your meats are cooked for. The Samurai comes with plenty of delicious meats, but we also ordered sliced short rib (definitely recommend!). The overall experience of the grilling makes the trip far more worth it. Then, after we were done with the main course, our server brought us tempura ice cream for dessert (also included in the Samurai package). We honestly didn't expect the large portion size we were given, so we were excited when he brought it out. It was TO DIE FOR!! All-in-all, you should definitely consider going to Koen with some friends or a date. The experience will definitely leave you wanting to come back (I'm checking with my friends on when we'll go next, lol). I will say, if you want to go on a night like Friday or Saturday, make a reservation. It was so busy last night that even with a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes. We didn't mind, tho, because the food and experience didn't disappoint. Also, make sure you're planning to spend some $$ because an experience as good as this won't be super cheap. If splitting with friends, expect to be paying between $30-$50 with tip (depends on what you order and how many friends you're dining with). Totally worth it, tho!!

We went here to celebrate my granddaughters winter dance showcase. We had the Premier. Virtually everything was incredible. It was the best dining experience I've had in a very long time. However we arrived at 805 for an 800 reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes. The size of the table prohibits full enjoyment of the food. I understand everyone needs to be close to the grill but there wasnt enough room for the food on the table top.We sat at a four top with a plastic screen between us and the next conjoined table. The gentleman beside me kept shoving his left foot into mine because there was no partition separating us and pushing his things under the partition. I don't know what the remedy to that is.

Went for dinner and the waitress didn’t greet us for 20 minutes, then routinely didn’t come to check on our waters throughout the night. In top of that, the restaurant plays LOUD birthday music over the speakers and turns on strobe lights for birthday celebrations. This happened 4 times during the 1 hour we were there. Ridiculous and ruin the date night atmosphere. We thought it was a nice place, but good lord we won’t be returning for a meal there. The music was so loud I couldn’t hear my husband talking from across the table even if he yelled.
