Come here if you want terrible service, and homeless people straight up harassing you in the parking lot. All this times I've gone here this has happened to me.

terrible! my expectations for mcdonald’s is never too high, but this was the worst! they gave me the TINIEST sandwich. my mom ordered a fish sandwich, no cheese and light sauce, but got cheese and a ton of sauce. the service was terrible, and there were no workers. the only worker we saw when we went up to order twice was a cleaner. worst mcdonald’s!!

They’re gonna charge for extra Carmel on a sundae and then put less than what even usually goes on a sundae, drive thru lady was super sweet but how is a sundae with extra anything gonna be 98% ice cream and 2% of the fudge or Carmel? Literally only put it at the very top and everytime I’ve come to this McDonald’s they’ve skimped us somehow on things we additionally paid for, no real awareness for the customer and just rushing through everything

I sat inside waiting for my food for over 20 minutes, and when I finally approached the counter, I realized my food wasn't even being made. I requested a refund of my purchases only to be told I cannot get a refund because I paid with card on the kiosk and it would take over 24 hours to do. I then asked to just get the food and drink, only to be missing one of the items I ordered.Time and time again I've retried this location and their awful customer server, and time and time again they have failed me. I'm extremely upset with my experiences here, and will never be returning.

Absolutely deplorable! Placed a mobile order and waited for my food. One of the employees (not management) took it upon herself to tell me I can't sit there. Accused me of loitering. When I responded and told her I have an order on the screen and how she approached me was very rude, she decided the best course of action instead of apologizing was to call the police. Apparently, she does this so much that another customer asked for the manager to report her actions. I was NOT trespassed or issued any sort of citation or ticket, which she made very clear that was her desired outcome. The whole encounter was so upsetting I didn't even get my food. I've been to this location many times, and I've never had an issue. Today was my first time encountering this woman, and it will be my last time visiting this location. The entire encounter from me ordering my food to her weaponizing L.E was about 6 minutes tops.

Worst location in the city and they know it. The managers do not care the workers do not care. The food is so sloppy couldn't even get the pickles on the sandwich. After a long day and hungry I almost had a meltdown. I kept my cool. Spoke with the manager and felt dismissed. Even laughed at. Never again will I be returning to that lobby.

Drive thru is open 24 hours like listed, but the lobby is not. Not a fan of showing up thinking someplace is open for dine in, just to be turned away. If they're short staffed, they need to change the hours listed to reflect this.
