This is the closest location to my house so I come here often. Today (March 28, 2024) I just wanted to mention that I watched the person handing out food in the window didn't have gloves on and touched all of my fries, maybe to ensure the correct order. However, I would prefer if the workers would refrain from putting their ungloved fingers into my fries. She seemed flustered and unconcerned about health. Had it not been so busy, I would have asked for new ones.

Very disappointed with the service. Waited at drive up window for over 10 minutes. Called the store to ask if all was okay and if they were open and taking orders. The answer was yes and i proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. No apology for the wait or even a friendly greeting.

Been maybe a yr or more since been to mc Donald's on a whim decided give them another chance. Was shocked food was good and hot service was great. Ask for Paul he was a great server and was impressed. Quit going to fast food and he actually made our experience worth while. Shout out thanks Paul did a great job because of you we will be back ya restored our faith in fast food thanks bud.

We ordered in the drive thru, came to the window to recieve our food and found out only half of our order was in the bag. The manager insisted we didn't order the food that was left out of the order. I just said the he'll with it and went home.

Honestly, Love McDonald's ice cream, sad to say I'm very disappointed to find out their ice cream machine is not working or out of order .!!!! Can McDonald's headquarters invest in a damn ice cream machine that works, or just take it off your menu.. I believe that the problem is no one wants to clean the machine .Geez!!

Fastest McDonald's I've ever visitedParking: Many spots are reserved for mobile orders and snow was plowed in most of the remaining spots. Fairly few parking spots available even with hardly anyone in the restaurant
Honestly, it's McDonalds so the food is usually pretty consistent, and on this day, I only wanted a soda. But what stood out on this visit was the young man that served me made a point to tell me to check the lid on my drink bc he thought it came loose as he handed it to me. I greatly appreciated that he didn't want it to spill on me or in my car. Great demostration of customer service!

Terrible day at McDonald's.On Friday 01/05/24. My family stopped at McDonald's we arrived at 5:30 by the time we ordered it was 5:43.After 20 minutes I went and asked them about the ordered and it took 10 minutes to get a staff notice and I explained to him and another staff that we been here more than 25 minutes and the ordered is never came. 20 minutes again I had to do the same thing and finally when the long-awaited order came it was wrong.The staff didn't want to do their job, were rude, and I didn't see the manager. A simple acknowledgement and apology would make our experience better and I do know that they should refund our order.Badly managed place please avoid.

Incredibly frustrating. Placed an order for a few meals and it took almost half an hour to get our food. Had 3 people ask what we had ordered before we got anything.Parking: Parking is difficult because most of the spaces are for mobile order pick-up only. They threaten to tow your car if you park there.
