It was my sons first visit here. They had the Dos Compadres and Pastor tacos. They loved the entrees and the rice, but especially their beans. They were uncomfortably full but happy.

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful on a Saturday morning. I even asked for a weird order(huevos con papa in a chicken fajita burrito) and they accepted. It was awesome and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants delicious authentic Mexican cuisine to look no further than Mi Lindo Mexico! My server was Kaylee who was very kind and accommodating.

The restaurant is understaffed. This review is not the fault of the server, he was doing what he could. He said the kitchen just has a "small grill" and that was why the 4 of us got our food a bit over an hour after we ordered.While we were waiting, everyone around us who had arrived after us got their food, was eating and a few tables even paid and left before we were served. Even a party of 11 seated behind us.So...... Small grill in the kitchen? No. The owners need to learn to schedule.Parking: Tight lot shared among all shops in the strip mall but there were a few spots available. Won't be able to fit your truck easily.
