I recently had Muchachos cater into our office and it was a great choice! All of my team loved the food and making their own versions of hatch mac burritos or nachos. They came on time and provided everything we needed. Totally recommend if your office is looking for a caterer!

I got a carnitas burrito with egg that was very good, but it needed a spicier sauce. However, the place was excellent and I was really looking forward to trying the tacos. However, since it was very early, they only served breakfast.

Great food and really friendly service. I usually get 4 street tacos with chicken and the works. The chicken is their best meat, in my opinion. The pork is also very good. I don't like the brisket as much -- I find it a bit too greasy/fatty. I once tried a hatch mac burrito and it was huge and delicious. But my favorite thing about Muchachos is the people who work there--just lovely, welcoming people and a really nice family atmosphere.

Muchachos came on our radar because we follow the YouTube channel Adventures of A plus K. They are foodies and highly recommended this place. It did not disappoint! The highlight--THE BRISKET! So, so good. A close second--the hatch mac and cheese. The slaw was also fantastic and was the perfect compliment to the mac and cheese. The staff was so kind and helpful. The Hatch Mac Burrito was huge and to-die-for! While not a big place, the ambience was fun and quirky. We had a wonderful time! Highly, highly recommend this place!

Wife said she wanted to try Muchachos for lunch. We ordered a Hatch Burrito w/brisket, a 6” Taco w/brisket, chips & salsa, Charro Beans and a couple beers. Beers were good. The beans were pretty tasteless but edible. Chips were okay and plentiful but not enough salsa. I guess we could have asked for more but the waitresses/bartenders never asked if we needed anything or how our meal was. Just walked right by and never made eye contact. Now to the horror. The brisket. It was tasteless. It was minimally applied. Lots of macaroni though. Cheap filler you know. But worst of all it had the texture of a beef roast that was way over cooked and the left under a heat lamp for a couple days. Hard to chew and very, very dry. In summary, we were really bummed since many have given such positive reviews and because it’s done so well in the KLIN Munch Madness. Live & learn I guess..

I would like to start this with saying this was from the Omaha Muchachos before they closed! Either way either location, the food was always fantastic, everything was always quick and hot! The first time we went they were SLAMMED, they actually turned people away because they needed to get through their orders already taken before taking more! Happy we got in before them! The Hatch Mac quesadilla and burrito was fire, we always got "all the toppings", which had a lot of flavor that brought the meat and mac n cheese together as one. We will miss you here in Omaha, but now we know where to eat in Lincoln.

The food is beyond amazing! The hatch Mac with brisket is a must try!! The staff is very friendly and the chef is so nice! Portions are huge and the price are reasonable. I will definitely be back!!!

In the past our dining experience has been very good. This last dinner on Friday evening was not what it used to be. We got the brisket nachos with extra cheese. You could barely see any cheese let alone extra. While ordering we asked for all the sides on the side they were all dumped on top. I order the coleslaw on the side so I can taste it first, because they have very good coleslaw. The brisket was cut up into little pieces not the chunky pieces like I remembered. It was almost like they gave us the left overs at the bottom of the pan. Chips, in the past they always gave you a good portion. This time I think I counted maybe 8 chips. Chips are cheap you’d think you’d get a lot of those.The nachos just weren’t the best this time. I don’t know what changed in the past few months, but hopefully they’ll figure it out. We did end up leaving taking our nachos home, but ended up throwing them away because we stopped at Qdoba. Consistency is the main takeaway from this post.We’ll try them again, but it will be awhile.

I really love this place and all of their food. The only critical thing I would say is ordering takeout is kind of a pain when you go to pick it up. In my experience they don't write names on your order or put your ticket on the bag. So you go to pick up your food and the bags are all on a table and you have no idea if one is yours. Sometimes I've sat there for 5 minutes waiting to ask someone if one of the bags was mine. Now I generally holler in the back kitchen to ask someone. I wish they would label the orders. Back to the food though, they give generous portions and it always taste amazing. I recommend eating in as It's a nice atmosphere and the staff are all amazing. There is not a dish on the menu that I don't like. I cannot recommend enough!
