So disappointing… I had gone here a couple times inside and their food is great as well as their customer service! But today was so disappointing, I went through the drive thru since I had a baby in the back waited for about 30 minutes I have no idea what the person ahead of me ordered but I have no idea how it took half an hour. A drive thru for me is fast I don’t understand how they wouldn’t just bring it out and take other orders. I called ahead to see if they could just have it ready for me so I could just pay and take it when I got to the window but after 10 minutes after I called I had to go. My $30 worth of food wasn’t worth it. I usually wait things out but I just couldn’t. The wait time was just ridiculous and I was trapped in the drive through so it was hard to leave. I called to give them aheads up that I was canceling my order and had to go I even said sorry and thank you. Didn’t get neither an apology or a thank you, left after 40 minutes with nothing not even worth the gas wasted or money. So disappointing when you hear great stuff about a place!! Makes it hard to go back

Everything is excellent, from the food to the desserts they offer. I loved the horchata water and my favorite ice cream was the mint chocolate chip one. If you're unsure about what flavor of ice cream to try, just ask them for a sample and they'll gladly give it to you. Lastly, the girls who helped me were very friendly and smiling. I loved its vibe!

I did not like. The food has no flavor, the sauce is the one thing that makes it taste a little better. The lady at the register is very arrogant. He kept us waiting for a while and when he felt like it he attended to us. The only thing I liked was the fresh water.

Stopped by the place today before going back to my home. Came in. Ordered. Then one of the employees handed me a copy of my receipt and I said thank you. Didn’t hear anything back and got a rude look from the employee. I said thank you again n got no response even after that second time. I signed my receipt then she said thank you. Then I replied you welcome and see I can say your welcome then I looked disappointed as I stepped back to wait for my order. Don’t know what I did or why that employee who had glasses was so rude but I will never buy at this location anymore. I didn’t even know this person and it felt like she couldn’t care less about customer service. Hopefully whoever sees this does the same
