Last Christmas purchases included many gift cards from Panera Bread. The extra "bonus gift cards" had very short use by date, around 40 days. Needless to say, I didn't get to use ANY of the $50! Yes, my fault, BUT know this, it'll be the last time Panera Bread gets anymore of my Bread! Stone Cold, NO joke! Food has become very expensive and eating out is becoming a treat and not the norm. Parena Bread's greed by using short dated use by dates on gift cards put a horrible taste in my mouth for life. If they want to shrink their customer base, use shrinkflation on use by date gift cards and watch what happens. Like Best Buy, in which I haven't returned to their stores in over twenty years. Panera Bread has made the wall of shame too! It's sad to lose life long customers over tactics to void gift cards from loyal customers who trust their brand and paid good money, around $200. I'm an old guy, who has ran many stores in his life, a business is about providing a quality product at a fair price, giving the best customer service and building a life long relationship with the customer and their community. Leaving a store with a positive experience and wanting to come back. Parena Bread fails, I left their store today, knowing I'll NEVER return. Parena Bread got their "FREE" back but lost thousands of dollars in return business. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT BUSINESS STRATEGY. P.S. Even at the original purchase of cards, they failed to activate the gift cards and had to return. That should have been my first clue.........................

The lady in the front and drive through I believe their names lyric, carmen, olivia, jackie, and isaac. (That is what they told me) They treated me with lots of respect and also made my food well. It was fresh, cooked well, and also gave me some good charged lemonade. I feel that the service was on top especially due to how busy they all were. They gave me HIGH quality and professional service that I deserve as a customer. They recognized I was waiting to order and took care of me like I was the only one in the restaurant. SUPER IMPRESSED AND AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I WILL BE COMING BACK and thank you staff for an amazing experience!!!!!!!!!!!

This Panera is on my way to work so I go here quite often. I joined the sip club and I like that. Not only do you get drinks but online they give you another discount. So, I have done the order pickup inside and through the drive-through. I have also had food delivered to my apartment, I live in Fallbrook. When I had the food delivered it was cold and the bread was not fresh. When I order in the drive-through it takes a very long time. When you pull up to order they make you wait for a while to place your order. When you get up to the window they make you wait again. Today they had my drink ready but didn't give it to me when they took my money. It sat on the counter until they gave me my food. I waited at the window for around 8 to 10 minutes.I will say you pay a lot of money for the low quality of food you get but it's not always bad.

The food is usually decent, but the prices are outrageous. It’s upscale fast food and costs as much as a 5-star restaurant sit down meal. Haven’t been back since my meal was $30 for a you pick 2 and bowl of soup. They also were frequently out of menu items and place was often dirty.

Only complaint is that this particular shop runs out of certain drinks at least twice a month, like Dr. Pepper, Regular coffee, andParking: Limitations of number of spots but not enough to worry about all the time. Usually busy during lunch hours, especially on Wednesdays and Weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: Besides the doors aren't button activated for handicapped, the doors are wide enough for any walkers, strollers, or wheelchairs to fit through.

I have mixed feelings about panera as I have had good and bad service and experiences here, having said that I do want to mention the price being a big factor here. They can be a bit pricey for what you get. The only good deal here is the family deal! They do have good tasting food here but sometimes they are out of alot of things.

Besides the consistency of awesome people, service and food, they also have far more electric outlets than most older locations, to accommodate avid wifi users, like me.This also enables me to be confident that I can recharge my portable Jackery lithium ion battery, that powers my portable refrigerator in my vehicle.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment and menu.

The soup was barely warm. The mozzarella cheese was sprinkled on the onion soup and not hardly melted what little there was.The vegetarian sandwich had nothing in it. The bread was bland like glutton free.Felt very corporate made. As little investment for the biggest profit.We will not stop again.
