Called the store. Pressed 5 to speak w manager. The "manager" was super stressed and rude. Tried telling me anything to get me to hang up. She said my card wasnt charged because "the banks are closed right now" as if credit cards dont work past 5pm or on weekends. When I prssed she's her about this she said she "wasn't going to argue with me" in the nastiest voice and hung up. Called back and she hung up again. Them refused to give me her name. Rudest nastiest lady I've met in my life.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all.

Put in an order at 7:50, my order arrived at around 8:40. The store had put the incorrect pizza in the box so I called the delivery driver to tell him that it was the incorrect pizza, he came back, retrieved the incorrect pizza and said they would re make my pizza. I then got the correct pizza after waiting another hour. Delivery driver said that they had went to another delivery prior to delivering mine. Which I don't quite understand because where I was was .5 miles away from the store. Then when I opened my pizza, i was disappointed to find that it was luke warm at best.

Papa John's is probably some of the best pizza in town, and leftovers last a couple days. Love the seasoning packets too, I always buy extras!

I order from here almost every week. Tonight I found a piece of hair that looked like a beard hair. Called to let manager know and she stated that that's weird there is all girls today. I told her I took a video of myself pulling it out. She says well I don't know how because I don't have a beard. She put a free pizza on my account and rush me off the phone. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I believe they should take that matter more serious.Parking: I don't know
Ordering was complicated by prepaying to a secure line that could not reconnect to the original store. Person at store spoke too quickly and did not enunciate when I was specifying a pickup time. The priority seemed to be to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Arrived early for pick up time and pizza was waiting for me. Luke warm pizza. Very disappointing experience.

In my opinion, the Papa John's on Q St. is exceptional in every possible way. From the people to the food. I always tip 15-20% on top of the delivery fee when delivered, because the delivery fee is not a tip.Kid-friendliness: The manager at the Papa John's on Q St. has been very kind to my young daughter. Only if more people were like them.

So I got an order last night for 1 extra large beef pizza. I ate 1 slice and so did my boyfriend, 30 mins later we were experiencing food poisoning symptoms. I called them again to speak to a manager and was told to call tomorrow 11/30/2022.The woman who answered the phone told me that the flu has been going around and dismissed the fact we got food poisoning from their pizza. Then she told me the manager couldn't speak with me until tomorrow. I have been trying to contact someone about this, but to no avail. This doesn't look good at all on papa johns. It's sad and disappointing not only because the pizza made us sick, but also because of the lack of attention thier employees are giving to this situation.
