My pepperoni pizza didn’t have any pepperoni on it. The general manager of the store said he had no record of it and couldn’t do anything about it because it was ordered through a 3rd party delivery service. He wouldn’t give his name - he literally said he’s not giving me his name just so I can badmouth him. So I’m stuck with a nasty cheese pizza. I wouldn’t order from this location. The other locations are much better.

Pickup times for Doordash drivers are terrible. Employees at this location are snot nosed punks who get defensive when you ask them a simple question. FIX your Dasher pickup times! Assuming customers are ordering off the Papa John's app/website, your store has no available drivers so you place the order into your system for a Dasher to come get the order. Somewhere along the line, Doordash assumes the order is very close to being ready so their systems start looking for an available driver. FIX IT!

Ordered carry out at 6:03 PMTold me it would be 19-29min. OkPull up at 6:40PM Thought I was gonna have a lukewarm pizza.They told me it would be another 15min. They had 2 door dashers waiting as well. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered delivery at 10:45, never delivered. No phone call to warn me of any issues. Apparently they close at midnight which is understandable, would have gone for pickup if I had gotten a call. Last time ordering from here.

Done take out and delivery. Last delivery was taken to wrong address and dropped off. Driver picked up the food and bought to us after that. I don’t agree with that! I give a 3 because we have had good pizza, bread, and wings. Nothing done to fix what happened other than the food picked up and redropped off

Not bad food but the last two times I've gone in with my food "ready" and both times I had to wait.First wait was over 20 minutes, second was around 5 or 10.That first time was worse because the food they had finished sat the whole time waiting for the pizza they forgot, it was not good.

I ordered a pizza at 12:46PM and the time to delivery was 36 minutes. After an hour I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. When I talked to the guy, he said they were busy and only had one driver. He said he would refund my order and still delivery the pizza. At 4:50, my phone said the pizza was delivered. NOT TO ME! My family was not happy. Store number 804: What a joke.

We placed an online order and received the email confirmation at 5:35 PM. It is now 6:51 PM and our order is still not here. When I called to check on the status, I could not get through to any options. The phone just kept ringing until it hung up. I tried 5 times. Will never, EVER order from this place again.
