Visited this location about a week ago. We showed up 45 minutes before close. Very little rice given in bowls as they said they were almost out. Then beans were very thick and crusty. Was given a dirty look when I asked for a little rice on the nachos. All cold veggies were on top and not cold and dumped salsa from container to bowl with no utensils used. Was very disappointed in taste and service.

Ordered for delivery at 12:00 and am still waiting for the delivery. Was told that there is only one employee working at the store.

Absolutely love their steak rice bowls always delicious and so much food that you're able to take it home for a second meal. ❤️

Excited there is one closer to us. Tried to get dinner tonight but the doors were locked and it looked like people were inside but no one came to open it. Left very unhappy.Clarification: It was Wednesday at 6:00pm that we tried getting dinner.

I don't know why the average reviews for pepperjaxs is so low. I've been here alot and never had a bad experience and the food was always fast and filling. I always get the Philly steak rice bowl.

First time eating at this location. Although soda machines were not working and with it being a bit smoky inside . The food was hot and favorable. Will go back again.
Love Pepper Jax, they pretty much do one thing and they do it well. This location has top notch service too!

First time ever into a Pepper Jax and it will be my last! The drink station wasn't working. For what you get it's WAY over priced. The food was bland. The 2 girls working the counter were bickering in front of customers and were jut overall rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely NO customer service. I was only asked what I wanted and then given a total and paid at check out.

It was wonderful! The staff was great and helpful! I should have added a little more spicy ranch to get all over my rice in my bowl, but my mistake and I know next time! Perfect amount for 2 meals!

This place has gone down hill. We wondered why it was empty. Then we ate there….I wish we would have gone to one of the other many choice around there.

Very stingy with the portion of the rice bowl, especially for a man, portion size was maybe enough for a child. I don't know if it was the employee because she really wasn't placing much in the bowl at all or if the company has changed how much they give. 50.00 down the drain. I regret not taking a photo.
