We went there at 7:30pm, there were 5 tables 2 servers and a manager. You would think they could manage. We waited 10 mins to be seated, another 10mins to be greeted after being seated, then an hour and 15 mins later we get our food. Ordered 2 burgers that tasted s though they were on the flat top for that long. They were chewy and dry. Grilled cheese with crispy cheese, breakfast food no better. For the price we could have went to a nice restaurant. This was the first and last time in this particular location.

My son loves perkins so we go at least once a month. Our server today, Alexys, did a great job! She was friendly and genuine. I have been a server, and worked in customer service for 30 years. I always make sure to appreciate good service when it's received! Thank you Alexys!

Understaffed manager said she got in trouble for taking orders.... She sat us stated our server would be with us 15 min later she got our drinks, 30 min later took our order an hour later got our food again from the manager who asked forgiveness for taking so long and that our food almost went to the party room and had been sitting there forever.... And yea she was right the hamburger bun hard as rock fries cold... Meat loaf cold mashed potatoes cold terrible experience then had to wait another 20 min to politely excuse our selves and state we were not paying for that cold slow mess the manager acknowledged and agreed
