I’ve routinely had meals here before. The food is exceptional. Never had an issue with service but also never arrived closer to closing time. Arrived at 8:20pm on a Saturday night even though they supposedly close at 9pm. The ‘OPEN’ sign was still on and was turned away with only a party of 2. Wasn’t offered the option of takeout. Either their hourly info is misleading or their service quality has declined a bit.

The pho was so good! Only complaint would be their water unfortunately. However I will be going every time I'm in Lincoln. Their serving are huge for the Pho and their veitnameze pork egg rolls are delicious!

My family and I went to eat here the first week of January this year. This was our first time eating here and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, my card was charged twice and when I reached out via phone two times, within a week,I was given the runaround and told that this would be made right. I was told the manager would call me. It is now February 3rd and I have neither heard from anyone or seen a refund in my bank account. My family and I will not return to this establishment. If you do choose to eat here, make sure you pay in cash.

PHO: The broth of pho is really good (hint of sweetness-savoury). Generous of lemon slices, beansprouts, thai bay leaves and green chilli. Top recommendation.GRILL: Vermicelli noodle combination. The shrimps are fragrant and tasty but the beef is not well seasoned. The dipping sauce is quite blandAPPERTISERS:1. Fresh springrolls are so good. The crunchiness of lettuce and shrimps make it enjoyable to bite into with the chewiness moist of the rice paper.2. Shrimp cake - this side dish isn't what i hv expected. Instead of the usual round shrimp cake, it is a fine cut sweet potato w shrimp at centre. For 3 pieces of shrimps, this is a bit over priced.3. Viet Egg rolls - the filling is great but i expected the roll wrap to be rice paper instead of Chinese style spring roll sheet.Went there again the next day for dinner with friends. Ordered fresh spring rolls again. Requested for rolls to be halved cut. A male waiter handed me a pair of scissors. To my horror the scissors looked rusty.? Is this pair of scissors used to cut food back in the kitchen? Mmm...?

There is no structure management there. I came in by myself. I waited 20 minutes before somebody even came up and asked me if I wanted water or anything like that. After I got the water I ordered right away, in fear that it was going to take them another 20 minutes to get me something.It still took an additional 15 minutes to make the food. When I was there there was a four top that had came in, within 3 minutes they where served drinks. The place was not that busy the waiters were standing around talking a lot.I did notice because I was white, my wife and child who were Asian were not with me it was like I was discriminated.The Four Tops that had come in two of the four were Vietnamese.I ordered the seafood Pho. I ordered a large when the food came to me, it looked very good. The Taste was good the only problem was is I got two shrimps one oyster and two of the fish pad.After some people left they did at least wipe down the top but they would not sweep the floors. The floors were disgusting. You would figure they would have a sweeper or some type of a broom to help pick stuff up.The two gentlemen that were standing by the register by the phones not in the front we're just talking and not even paying attention they didn't want to help people out.When the waiter came to me at the end he apologized for the wait.I understand people have bad days at work nobody is perfect at all. I have been to that place before many times I have never seen it this bad in my life.I wish I could post pictures to show you what was happening going on this facility will not allow that.I hope the owners in Kansas City, will take a look at this and give me their email address I will be more than happy to send them pictures stop everything that I have observe that night.

I am a pho addict. You can tell the difference between a good pho and a great pho by the color of the broth. The pho here is more of a lazy kind of pho. The food here is good and the atmosphere is more of a bring your friends, family or coworkers here for a night out type of place and I definitely recommend it. I'm more of a hole in the wall kind of guy.
