Staff made this a great trip. Food was great and quick, store was clean, staff went above and beyond. Eddy Spaghetti was a big help! Will come back if in the area again.

The staff at this place are wonderful!! Not sure what the Pizza Hut chain has changed, but the pizza tastes different and not as good as it use to be. We have eaten at many different locations all over the US this year. The wings, breadsticks and pasta are still good!

Placed an order online last Thursday and went to pick up the order but the location was closed for the day. They still charged me for the order. I have called several times to request a refund and I just keep getting the run around that they are working on it. It has now been 8 days with no refund or status update. No apology, no phone call with updates, nothing.

The pizza had practically no sauce on it. I honestly thought there was none at one point.Edit:. Made the mistake of ordering from this location again. Even worse than last time. Customer Service stated that the location manager would reach out within 3 business days. They did not.

Placed an order for delivery at 341 pm…. Still waiting at 623 pm, oh and they won’t answer the phone. $60 with no food. And hungry kids left.Update; it’s now been 2 weeks and they still have NOT issued a refund.
Ready for pick-up right on time. Crust and toppings were well done. Staff was friendly.

Waited about 20 min past due time for my order then called when it didnt show up.Driver said he delivered but never did, the person answering says "welp i guess well just have to remake it, itll be another 25 minutes."No free soda, no apology, nothing, just "youll have to wait another 25 minutes"Great idea to do a non-delivery and then tell me "the driver said he delivered it"Dont insult me, if im calling because i never got my order its BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER!2 stars because at least they remade the order, may edit 1 star and a corporate complaint if i dont get that.Update- the driver delivered the 1st one to a house a block down, who called me to let me know. Still waiting on MY order that hasnt been partially eaten by another family.-got MY order, same driver, tried to say the wind mustve blown it away (already know he delivered it 2 blocks diwn, admittedly similar house number on my street)What started as an honest mistake turned into a mess. 2 star stays.

Our last order was prepared perfect.... everything was ready and hot for the time we requested. The new edge pizza is excellent! Love the spices and the crust is perfect.
