The workers were young and CLEARLY on that stuff. They were high AND got my order wrong. I ordered the shrimp box and there was 5 pieces of shrimps.... and they didn't put 2 of my fries. I'm so triggered

We went in the drive through last night around 6:30pm. The person taking our order kept talking to someone and didn’t pay attention to our order we had to keep repeating ourselves several times for him to get it. If that wasn’t enough we were clearly interrupting his chat so he kept on hurrying us. “Anything else?” “Is that all?” “What else?” “ what else?” “WHAT ELSE???” Even though there was no line behind us. Then he charged me for the extra biscuit I ordered but I didn’t get it! Not only that but since he was busy talking away he didn’t give me one container of mash potatoes and one of cajun gravy. Instead I got one of mash potatoes and gravy.“This is why I don’t go to Popeyes anymore!”That’s what my friend in the car said and after that trash of customer service I got, I too will no longer be going to popeyes.

So their Mac & cheese1/4 lbs shrimp basket actually was an 1/8 lbs. extremely dry biscuit. And the saddest mashed potatoes I have ever tried to consume.Customer service was lacking as well. Arrived at location after putting in mobile order to have them say it wasn’t their store even though we had a confirmation for our order at that location. They eventually made the order reluctantly.

My company got a large order for lunch. First they need to improve the ability to order ahead. I had to wait until the day of which only gave them one hours notice. Which is technically plenty of time. We got there and the food was not done, they just started it. The lobby was empty so they werent busy. I had to wait an additional 25 mins after my scheduled pick up time for my order to be ready. We thought we would try their wings but that was joke. They put a teaspoon of sauce on them and don't even coat them. After dealing with their terrible service and less then par food we have decided to not return. Hopefully they can improve and we can come back then.

Just waited in line for literally 45min 1 car was in front of me. The whole time I was waiting. Not one person asked if the person was ready to order. So they leave. I pull up to the window. Someone answers. rushing me to hurry and order. I let them know I had been waiting forever and would like time to be able to look at the menu. Manager gets on intercom literally yells at me to leave. When all I asked was to get a minute to look at the menu. I mean I was waiting in line for almost an hour with no one taking orders at the drive thru. Worst Popeyes in town. Wasted my whole lunch break in line and didn’t even get my food.

Went through the drive thru and got a 3 piece tenders platter, with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, looked in the bag quickly before I left the parking lot thinking that I saw the gravy on the potatoes, but when I got home and opened it, I got beans and rice, then opened my tenders and I got 2 tenders and what looked like a nugget, called the store 5 times to see if someone could fix it somehow and got no answer at all. Very disappointed

I placed a pick up order around 9:15pm. I was being generous so they had time to make my order since it would take me about 20 minutes to get there. I get to the store and they state they have no record of my order and they had nothing but spicy left. My only issue is the way the overbite lady had approached the situation. She was extremely disrespectful. I’m pretty sure they were able to make some regular chicken, but just were too lazy to since it was close to close. Won’t catch me coming to this establishment ever again.

Worthless experience. I eat and enjoy Popeyes OFTEN. I was at work and unable to leave for lunch. So, I ordered Popeyes delivery. Which, in turn, went through Doordash. I had ordered 1/4 shrimp combo with LG mashed potatoes, Cajun fries, biscuit, honey and a LG Dr. Pepper. I recoeved my order in a timely manner. Even paid a tip to the Doordash driver, cause that's what you do (before you recieve the service). I recieved my LG mashed potatoes, Cajun fries, biscuit and LG Dr. Pepper. I did not recieve my shrimp, honey, straw for my drink or utensils to eat with. Well, I'm glad I bought the fries I didn't want, but paid for to get FREE delivery. Because what type of lunch is that?! I have called the store multiple times with NO ANSWER. I cannot get ahold of anyone. I called the Doordash that dropped off and he had to put someone on who spoke English. She then states that, that was what the store handed her. I get that. However, how do I get my shrimp. Except for waiting to the end of my shift after 5 p.m. today to go over and see wth...I'm so upset. But, I just don't understand why no one answers the phone. If the phone is malfunctioning, fine. If it's not, how are they even still open????

services absolutely garbage took 13 minutes to get my food I was in the Drive-Thru ordered two of the same thing absolutely ridiculous I will not go to this location ever
