Upon walking in I felt all eyes were on me as I stood out being a person of color . I paid it no mind but I started to feel the anxiety as I waited to be acknowledged. Once for sure I had the blonde ladies attention , I was asked my name. After repeating it several times I was then left with silence as she walked to the kitchen . When she came out she looked me in my eyes and gave someone else their pizza box. No biggie , I never received an update. The gentleman with red hair acknowledged another gentleman before asking me what my name was. After sharing my experience he smiled then went to the back. He returned and said 5-10 more minutes. I was quoted 45 minutes at 6:53pm , it was 7:43 so I decided to wait in my car . When I returned I was met by stares fromVarious patrons obviously regulars and unfriendly staff as I had to work hard again to gain the attention of someone who cared as to why I was standing at the pick up order window. Once the guy with red hair seen me I watched my roll his eyes then approach me. I was simply waiting on my order . The blonde approached me in a rude manner not directly but as if she didn’t feel the need to. Have conversation and simply stated it’ll be another 20 minutes . Are you kidding me ?! Long story short , she made it a point to state I was NOT quoted 45 minutes even tho it was already an hour at this point. I asked to speak to the GM , my pizza was comped but the reason could be because it was NOT what I ordered . And the to make matters worse the pizza was cold and the wings were mildly warm

I’ve ordered pizza from you and they were great, tonight we ordered brisket sandwich and chicken strips they came cold and greasy. The boxes were soggy. We only ate part of it and had to throw the rest away. It was not good at all.

The pepperoni cream cheese was really good, and the service was great. But this place has more of a bar vibe than a restaurant vibe. Which is fine, I just. Wish that I would've known that before taking my family, I just wasn't prepared if we're dealing with a bunch of drunk people at one in the afternoon.

Ordered a cheese pizza took a little bit, but the flavor is just amazing, the sauce alone is heavenly, sure i ordered a basic cheese, but this tastes better then dominos, pizza hut, and papa johns on there best days,Come here for a great pizza, you wont be disappointed!

Some of the best pizza in town, state... Overheard another large group comment that whomever recommended Ramos to them had not given the pizza enough praise.Service is always great. Small town restaurant/bar feel, comfortable. Several tv's with sports, good music.
Waited for service for over 15 minutes on my lunch break. The Bartender saw me walk in and decided to go smoke a cigarette anyways, then went back to the kitchen and came out eating food. Maybe he forgot about me, but regardless my lunch break is only an hour. Sorry, won’t be coming back.
It’s took 3+ hours to get my food and then management didn’t want to give me a refund after I called and asked to just cancel the order. So basically forced me to keep low quality food (due to only having one driver) ?

Looks good although I’ve never eaten there. I’m over 2,200 miles away. I would probably have to take a $900 round-trip flight there with a transfer to get there and back. I probably would not have to check a bag though, so that would save 50 bucks. It’s either that or I could buy 2 years worth of Pizzas (I.e. around 90 pizzas) at a place near where I live that I know would be good. Just felt like doing a review. just bored watching TV and a five star ratings not gonna hurt the place obviously so why not? Plus, they may even erase the review as it’s not legitimate. Have a nice week or weekend depending on when you read this. To be honest with you it’s really hard to screw up a pizza anyways, even frozen pizza taste good…. I’m about 11,432 for 11,434 having a favorable experience with pizza in my lifetime… i’m going to get back to my TV program now- America’s Most Wanted there is a new season just started…. it’s great to watch scumbags get caught and thrown in jail. There’s nothing better…… I don’t even know how I ran into this listing. it was an offshoot of something else I was searching and somehow I ended up here…. I wasn’t even looking for a pizza. I already ate….take care……

More pizza and a new city. Ramos Pizza was great but a little intimidating because it’s like a local bar and I’m not local. I did luck out and the staff was amazing and they were super nice. I got the pepperoni with the cream cheese because it was the most popular. I also added my regular mushroom to it. Pizza was amazing but too much for me to eat the whole thing.
