I wish i could give it zero rating. We stopped going into the establishment in April because the front desk and food was horrendous. So the last two times we order to Go, first time was ok obviously not the same as eating in, but today took the cake. We ordered two of the new lobster feats 24.99 and 29.99 respectively and what we got I would not even feed an animal. We called and spoke to manager micheal who offered no apology or anything else, i deleted my RL awards app and sad to say threw out $60 worth of food that no one should eat. Avoid at all costs. Go to Hyvee spend half the money make your own shrimp, lobster, crab legs, clams etc... you are better off.

The exceptional service of the waitress is the only thing that saved it from a 2 star review. Took my dad for endless shrimp during a weekly special. The fried shrimp was ok, really big but bland flavor. The scampi was good, and the skewers were excellent. The biggest problem was that they were out of the coconut shrimp option somehow. I understand running out of things but the manager has a car that can get to a grocery store right? Maybe that's too much to ask and maybe not but there was no option to replace it. One thing they did do was not forget to charge full price. Just not the level of management I expected from Red Lobster. Probably won't go back to that location.

7 oz. Sirloin steak was cooked to perfection pair nicely with lobster tail. The Langostino Lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip was magnificent.Service was good and attentive.
