we got there at 7 o’clock and we ordered two drinks one mai tai and one strawberry daiquiri and two waters. We also ordered potato skins and ribeye quesadilla. After being there in a half an hour we had to ask somebody else to get us water and two more mixed drinks After 45 minutes we still hadn’t gotten our food and we ask about it and the server said the kitchen was backed up. The only problem with that is people around us were getting their food and they were people that came in well after us and got their food, so in other words, the server forgot to place the order.. We also noticed that the so-called strawberry daiquiris we ordered were actually margaritas. Thanks a lot. .Our server was terrible. strongly suggest Lacey get some further training, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else

This has been one of my go to restaurants for the last several years but the way my party and I were treated today is making me question my choices. Firstly a young Asian man with glasses and short dyed blond hair brushed back was our waiter. He rushed us the entire time although we were only there for about an hour. It honestly was so uncomfortable trying to enjoy our meal with him coming back over and over and asking about payment while we were still eating. He didn’t even wait when we said we had rewards and just shoved the card reader at us. Very rude!

We ordered off of Ubereats and when I tell you the food was BOMB! Normally the worst part about delivery is the food not being as fresh as if you were there, but our food arrived hot and delicious. We even had a few modifications and everything still came out correct. The mac n cheese was sooo good! After having bad experiences with food lately this meal was such a needed enjoyment.

We had a delightful dinner here. I was somewhat perplexed on the handicap parking holes. Instead of being by the front entrance of the restuarant the 3 handicap parking holes were on the east end of the restuarant which didn't make sense to us. Ruby Tuesday's was very inviting once we set foot inside. It was was clean & the receptionist was right there to seat the 2 of us. I look forward to going out to eat so I can have a good meal & visit. I absolutely commend this restuarant for NOT having music blaring throughout the establishment. I could actually visit & not struggle to hear what others had to say over loud blaring music. The endless salad bar was excellent. We will definitely be eating here more often in the future. Thankyou Ruby Tuesday's for making our experience more than enjoyable ❤?❤

My server Lacey was amazing! I asked for additional dipping sauce for my chicken tenders and they didn't charge me for it! I always had a full cup of tea and my food came out of the kitchen hot and quickly!

We missed the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday in Omaha. We were in Lincoln so stopped for lunch. Salad bar was very good! My daughter ordered a plain burger, but was served with cheese. Our waitress said she would get a new one out right, she served her new burger that was a mound of meat in about 6 pieces. I can not understand how this was even allowed to be served. In comparison, my husband’s burger was a normal burger, only explanation is the cook was angry about remaking my daughter’s burger.
