Never got my chips and queso or my soda on curbside. Can't get a refund and the only option was for me to drive 25 min back to the store to get a remade chips and queso. No thank you. What kind of customer service is that? "We messed up butttttt tough luck pal"A big no go for me in the future.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla from them through DoorDash and was given a bean burrito instead. Very disappointing.

This place either closes early or is always closed. Went there at 6pm on 2/20/21 and a sign was up saying "closed due to circumstances out of our control"??? Multiple other times we have gone and they are not open either. If you can't be open your posted hours then just close the business for good. I have been in the restaurant business for 27 years and never seen anything like this place. Just lock the doors and call it quits instead of wasting peoples time.UPDATE received a response from the manager on this review that they closed because of people on unemployment that only apply because they have to but don't really want a job. That was their response WOW

Food was awful. To say what I ate was sub-par at best would be an overstatement. It's unfortunate they haven't closed yet. What a SCAM. I might as well have started my $20 bill on fire.

Outstanding place for tasty Mexican food. Visited on a Wednesday I think. Looking forward to returning with my friends. Prices are fair. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.

Just got a taco salad. Nice shell bowl, but it was only half full with about 3 pieces of lettuce (no kidding!). The grease from the ground beef saturated the bottom of the shell so bad that I couldn't eat it. With a side of guac, my bill was $10.Management, here's a quick improve. Fill the taco shell half full of lettuce, drain your meat, and then you've got something good going on! Until you do, you'll drive people like me away...

Was super excited to stop at Salsaritas Fresh Mexican grill for the chips today. Am so disappointed that they evidentially changed to very non-awesome chips and now charge $10 for the bag. Disappointed!

This place is very similar to Qdoba or Chipotle both in set up and quality of food. The beef nachos were generous and tasty and the pork rice bowl with cilantro rice was great as well. Guacamole side was also good and the kids loved the Minute Maid raspberry lemonade. We will eat here again.

I didn't get an option to rate; but would give 0 stars if I could. My friend and I went through the drive through at the Lincoln location and the whole experience was fine until we got our food. The drive through was dead, there was no one in front of us or behind us in line during the entire experience ordering and receiving our food. We waited for our food for maybe 5 minutes. We went to our clubhouse which is in the same neighborhood (literally within a minute of a drive) and both of our dishes were completely cold. I called the store to see what options we had, as my friend had nachos and his chips were soggy and shrimp looked as though they weren’t fully cooked. The shrimp was limp and also soggy and cold. My burrito bowl was mostly lettuce and tomato, and both the rice and the chicken were completely cold. I called the store to see what options we had; and asked to speak with the manager, who said her name was Amir. I explained the situation and she offered to either remake the food for another time or to refund us for our meals. I told her we would discuss and come back. We decided we didn't want the food remade, as we clearly didn't start with good food, and didn't want to have the same thing happen again. We came through the drive through a second time and a different lady at the window and was very unprofessional, I told her we wanted a refund; she said she would be back. We waited another 5 minutes and she came back and asked for our order. I repeated our order to her, she asked if we wanted more chips and queso and I told her no, that we threw our food away and wanted a refund. She was then nasty with me as said “oh I didn’t know you wanted a refund” and I told her, “I told you we wanted a refund before you left last time”. She said she would get the manager. Still, no one was behind us and they weren’t busy; but we waited for another 6-9 minutes for her to come to the window. While we were waiting, we saw the woman who was at the window smirk and then proceed to talk about us to both her manager and the cook on staff, and they were all shaking their heads and rolling their eyes, and the cook actually locked eyes with me, watching them talk about us. When the manager finally came back, I told her that it was completely unprofessional to talk about customers, no matter the circumstance, in front of them/in their line of sight. I also work in customer service and it’s not only disrespectful but distasteful (no pun intended). The manager reacted fine, saying she was sorry and that she understood; and I told her it made me never want to return and I will not be returning. I wasn't nasty, raise my voice, or disrespectful in any way. I completely understand wanting to vent about a customer when you get a complaint (don't we all?) but you have at least the respect and common sense not to do it directly in their line of sight. Do not eat here unless you want to be disappointed/receive terrible customer service.
