I would wholeheartedly recommend Scooter's Coffee. They have everything! Savory breakfast items, a vegetarian option, sweet treats, and more. Several types of coffee, ranging from cold brew and latte to blended drinks! In addition, they offer a wide variety of smoothies and fruity drinks. Service was exceptionally fast, and all of the workers were kind. Plenty of places to sit, both inside and out! The only qualm I have is that they were playing music that was quite outdated. I do not want to listen to Sam smith and Shawn Mendez in 2023. Thank you.

This is the 3rd time over the last couple months I've received my peanut butter power and the drink was completely un-drinkable. Half the glass was still giant ice chunks causing the straw to clog before you could get a drink. And then in the bottom was giant chunks of peanut butter that wasn't blended in.

Great coffee spot! It's nice and cozy. I went on a pleasant winter day and they had it nice and warm in there. Gotta love the smells of fresh brewed coffee. All of the espresso machines were digital screens that the baristas simply pressed pre-programmed buttons which I thought was interesting and something I'd never seen before. This location even has a drive through which seemed pretty popular. I had a coffee date upstairs which was fun and overlooked both the coffee shop and the beauty place next door which was unique. My latte was good, hot, and even came in a fun holiday cup. I definitely would go back!

I ordered a cup of hot black tea. It's, quite literally, hot water. I waited in excess of 10 minutes. Then the questions.. No .. not cold tea. No .. not green tea. Four baristas, drive thru traffic, walk in traffic, pumps of syrup, frothers .. and me left waiting for HOT water.. The couple who came after me, who had paid for coffee, left empty handed.
I'm a Starbucks kind of girl, but they're far and few here in the Midwest, or at least in Lincoln. I wasn't overly impressed by the Starbucks customer service I got the other day so I decided to try Scooter's instead. First off, the customer service was impeccable. The young lady was super helpful in helping me create my "dirty pumpkin iced chai." It was super tasty as well. The restaurant is clean and offers a drive thru as well for quick orders.

This location has the best customer service!! I was trying to use the new app to redeem a free drink I earned and that app didn't take it and scanned just for loyalty. The new app and payment is much different then the old and the employees were so understanding and explained it to me. I am sure they have had a lot of headaches from the new app and they handled it so kindly. Plus this location is always clean and a great atmosphere to study. I have never had issues with wifi or the business being obnoxiously loud. Ohhh..and the coffee is always amazing. Great great great baristas!
