Every time I go to a scooter it's a battle to get what you want. Unlike Starbucks you look at a picture ask for it and get exactly that. With scooters you have to make sure to say ice coffee or they could make it hot ? Or if you want foam on it gotta ask otherwise they hand you ice coffee with sugar in it. It's like you gotta fight to get sweet cream cold Brew explaining everything like a battle plan ..unlike Starbucks pictures of product pay for what's in the picture. Scooters have bad business leadership. It's a really simple picture of the product that pays for that exact product. Like McDonald's national number one food chain simple and easy ... That's why food sucks and still number one simple quick easy.

Scooters is my favorite coffee place. Never had a bad cup. I go there a lot & I have the Scooters App, rewards add up & I get free drinks. It's also a meet up place where my friends & I go for Coffee. My big 70+ pound Furbaby loves it too, she has crawled over me & stuck her head out the window in excitement. She knows that's where the Pup cups come from.
