I'm so bummed. I went thru the drive-thru around 10 a.m. 4/2/24. I asked for my extra caramel, extra crunch and almond milk which was repeated to me. There was no sticker with my specifics added, it's not almond milk, caramel is standard and crunch is less than standard! I want what I pay for and I want consistency, I'm so bummed because Starbucks and this drink are my absolute favorite.

Received a $25 gift card. Went to use it in store, opened it from original packaging in front of cashier, was told there was no balance. Told I would need to call corporate, they also would do nothing to make it right because I did not receive original purchase receipt with gift card. No one I spoke to in store or through customer service seemed to care or make any effort to rectify situation. Customer service with Starbucks in general seems poor. This was final straw for me and they have now lost as many customers as I can accumulate.

I'm from out of state and thought it'd be nice to stop through a Starbucks on my drive though. The baristas there all seemed to be working very hard while they were there, except for an older gentleman who seemed to not be helping out at all! They were very busy while I was there, and he just stood and ignored the baristas that were around and working very hard. He wasn't a very good energy for the store. The sweet girl with a black hijab took my order and she was very kind and courteous, and the barista with the orange buzz cut made my drink and it was delicious.

As a Dasher, time is $. I've waited there many times, not able to get eye contact or help. Then, finally when I have got their attention, I find it's been sitting there the whole time, with no name waiting to be bagged. Ugggh!!!

They mess up my order everytime I visit this location. Just go to 33rd & O instead, they'll make it right the 1st time around. These guys are 70th & O need more training ?

I'll go through the drive-thru on weekday mornings to pick up a decaf coffee. I always have the best service perfect coffee, and sometimes, if I buy a breakfast sandwich, it's always warm and delicious.

It's the same as every other star bucks confusing and expensive and they think they think you should know everything when you live 60 miles away from a Starbucks and go once every 6 months it's annoying and why I hope we never get a Starbucks in our home

I love this Starbucks, not located too far away from brother's new home! I came here to sit and hang out a bit, change the scenery, listen to some Christmas music, and enjoy a good coffee and some snacks. Also to work a little bit of online stuff. The store is nice and clean. Workers very friendly. I ordered a Venti Mocha Peppermint hot coffee, whole milk, no whipped cream. It was super yummy! Also had a cranberry bliss bar, which is my most favorite item here. I wish it was a year round item, and not just seasonal. My last item that I had was the Berry Trio Parfait. It hit the spot! When I am back in town again, will definitely hit up this Starbucks!!!

Ordered a peppermint mocha for red cup day. They make my drink and I ask for my red cup. The employee (black haired, overweight lady) says it’s only for holiday drinks. I look at my drink and realize they made me a white chocolate mocha by mistake. I told her I asked for a peppermint mocha and she just says sorry without even looking at me and immediately walks to the other side of the counter to take someone else’s order, essentially ignoring me and the fact that she gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t bother to fix anything, she could not have cared less for wasting 20 minutes of my day. I didn’t even get my red cup. Waste of time, terrible people.

Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering my drink ahead of time so I can have no dairy and no whip on it... and then waiting in line for way too long just to be given a drink with whip on it. I can't have dairy so this is now money wasted. She didn't offer to remake it and I had already waited so long that even if they were willing to remake it I would've been late to work while I was waiting on them yet again. If you're not going to read what your customers have ordered then why are you making the drinks in the first place? I was also picking up a couple pastries for a coworker who wanted them warmed, and I ordered them warmed, and they were definitely not.

Consistently disappointing. As a former Starbucks employee this store has consistently disappointed. This recent experience has finally lead me to leave a review. I specifically asked for light ice and not a half empty cup. Not only was one drink full of ice, the other was not filled as it should have been. This happens a every time. I know Starbucks policies very well, and unless they have recently changed, this store is out of compliance. It is supposed to be customer-service orientated, and this one is not. Simple instructions can't be followed which do not trigger an extra charge. In addition, they didn't add syrup to my drink, which is a standard drink on the menu. We will be finding a different location from now on. I do not recommend at all.
