Had an issue placing order online. So went in the store in person to see if we could get the situation resolved.The only people there did not care or didnt want to even understand. Madison the Sandwich Artist does a great job with preparing orders. She handles every customer efficiently, quickly with a smile. I have tried to call a couple of times to talk with the manager, Cody to let him know how well Madison handles the counter all by herself but, unfortunately the phone keeps ringing and no one picks up the line. I hope Cody is reading my kudos for Madison. Thank you.

I'm not quite sure if this Subway location just changed management, but the food preparedness, quality, and speed of an order has dramatically improved since the Spring of 2023. Staff is very friendly!

Zero stars. Store closes at 9. I get in line at 8:30 and am told that the person in front of me will be the last person served for the night. The employee repeated that statement until I left. Wildly bad customer service.

So I work at the one 1400 R st in the college building the boss there put hands on me when I left the job I do not recommend working there it not worth it

This is a general comment on all Subways, I use to go to Subway for a tuna sandwich on wheat, I would order all the veggies and top it off with sweet onion dressing. Guess what you can't get just sweet onion anymore, you can order something they call sweet onion teriyaki for you sandwich. I hate teriyaki sauce always have. I said I don't want that sauce it tastes like stttttt. I said why don't you have a bottle of sweet onion and one of teriyaki then I can choose. Nope corporate in there wisdom says no way, choice? Are you crazy. You take what we give you. So after countless tuna sandwich on whole wheat subway is no longer my go to store for a sandwich. Adios Amiego
