Pinched my granddaughter s arm in the lid of the toppings as well. There are few options for food in the Mall and it makes it hard to choose subway when they treat you like you are a bother.

Lemme tell you about this subway. When I first got into the mall I was craving a delicious BLT, so I got in line. The line was long because there were many kids going to the beach who were stopping in to eat lunch. I fully understated that subway workers get paid by the hour. I wouldn't be working like my life depended on it either, but these workers were going slower than molasses. I waited in line for 30 MINUTES! The sandwich was good but not worth the wait at all. Plus, when a worker was making the persons sandwich behind me she threw a piece of cheese! Then, another worker put back ONE PICKLE. ONE! I'm starting to believe that every pickle they put on that sandwich came out of their pay check. The workers were literally standing there not doing anything. I should have gone to Panda Express because I waited WAY too long in line and now I have bacon in my braces.

Holy moly. God bless the front worker kameron. He made he feel safe. He made me feel like I was at home, receiving a nice toasty chicken bacon ranch from my mother. The manager, however, was cold, wicked, and rotten to me. If I could receive a CBR from Kameron Beckler every single day, I would be at subway for every meal. God bless him. I also am cripple and use a wheelchair for mobility, and Kameron picked me up out of my chair and let me hand pick my ingredients. I felt his manly , warm, arms around my side. The way he scooped the olives and spinach was nothing short of phenomenal. He could own the entire establishment and it would run like a well oiled machine. All in all, 4/5 experience, but Kameron made it a 5.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly.

i asked for a veggie patty and the girl at the register named chris meanly told me that subway no longer had the veggie patty, after i walked away she called me a “puffier michelin man” and said i should be eating at mcdonalds instead

I ain’t open till 11 was the only thing she said to me. Most Subways serve breakfast items and they also had it on the menu. I didn’t realize that because the mall opens at 11 so did they.

Today I got My brother and I a dandwhitch and the people we're very young and their food was very fought Even their cookies and their soda was flat and now after eating My stomec hurts I do not recomad eating it
I came here to get some sandwiches for my wife, my son and I. I had to ask the guy 5 times for a kids sandwich. He smashed the bread when cutting it and slopped everything together. The one sandwich is super soaked and sloppy. You can taste every veggie on all sandwiches. The guy seemed like he was high and mad.

i got food here today (9/5/21) around 5:30 ish & the blonde girl working was an amazing employee, honestly the reason why my visit was so good was because she was super nice & patient! props to her for keeping amazing customer service during this pandemic !

Subway sounded good, ordered online with the app said my order would be ready at 8:35. I get to the 83rd and Adams store to pick up and there are signs up saying closed for a meeting... Unfortunately due to lack of any ingenuity in their app there is no way to get a refund, and i don't know why it would let me order at a store that is not open! So i go on the journey to 84th and O subway, Closed.... now it is pushing 9pm so I drive to the 52nd and O location, which is open, but would not make my sandwiches because they cant transfer orders between stores???? Sorry, but this is horrible customer service. I would expect in the least the 52nd and O location to accommodate for this mishap and to provide my sandwiches after all the trouble, But i was turned away so i went to Jimmy Johns after all of this. I will not be visiting any subway anytime soon and suggest others to try Jimmy johns or Goodcents which are Far superior on quality and customer service grades.
