We just waited 15+ minutes in the drive through for our two sandwiches for which we paid $28 for and the food was awful. Both sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, and they were cold. The bread is not fresh. My cheese was not even warm on my toasted sandwich. Worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.

Food is standard Subway fare, but the wait times in the drive through are absolutely unreasonable! Sometimes 15 plus minutes after I enter my order on the drive through screen, I might still be waiting for my food at the window, and that's even when I'm the only car in the drive through. This spot has moved off of my daily rotation for work lunch, I might stop back in once every 6 months or so to see if the drive through times have improved, but if they remain as they have been for me, it will never again be a mainstay of my dine out lunches. Oh well, there's always the Amigos up the street, they are fast and reliable.

Everytime there is something wrong. Today, neither of my toasted subs were toasted, and the toppings were reversed. How hard is it to read a ticket?

Disgusting! Just watched the vehicle in front of me drive off without her food, now I know why. Once I pulled up I watched through the window the worker literally eating off my sandwich as they were putting the toppings on it. I knocked on the window and motioned for them to come to me. I said no, you can keep my food. I’m sitting here watching your employee eat off of my food as their making it. The response i got was “oh, my bad” I can’t Imagine what’s done when no one’s watching. Why use gloves if your gonna be gross anyways. Never again!

Used there touch screen at the drive thru and it blacked out right before I pushed done. I asked the lady if my order went thru and she said yes. I got home and one sandwich was bread and meat only. I would think that would be questionable if you were making a sandwich. But it is Subway, I guess I should have known better. Any company that doesn't want to hire people to deal with there customers doesn't care about them. Lucky for me, there competition does.

the stout Asian man was giving me a mean mugged face when i was asking to make me a sandwich. and a short white man with some horrible stubble and an excuse of a goatee was not very kind either. i asked for a salad and was given a meat ball pro instead i was nice enough to take it any way but i was still very angry. parking was okay but i was not able to drive my self in on my EW-72 Recreational All-Terrain Scooter very disappointing. will go here again. :}

Terrible service, especially at night time. Sat at the window forever waiting to get my order, then had to wave down an employee just for her to give me the biggest eye roll like I'm bugging her. Brown hair, septum piercing, and rolling eyes and a nasty attitude to her customers. Where's the professionalism anymore? Did it fly out the door at this place?!?!

Three people working, line out the door waiting. They have no idea what they are doing in there and no manager. Now there is no training required with how to make the sandwich. Right in front of them they still can't make it correctly. Don't go here.

I will never go to Subway on NW 1st St Lincoln, Ne again. Wait was 20 minutes. As far as I could see there was one person inside, she came out with 1 item, and 1 car in front of me. The car in front of me had 1 sandwich passed to him. When I finally got to the window the person inside was extremely rude. Never greeted me, just held out her hand. I gave her a coupon. She said she needed the money so she could scan them both. I asked her why she had to scan the money. She replied she had to. She was gone at least 2 minutes. There was only 1 other person inside and that was another employee. She handed me the sandwich and the change. I asked her about the change. She told me I ordered a special cheese and it cost more. She was so nasty, the person in the car with me said "OMG" and shook his head. I told her I always tip employees but not her. I told her she was very rude. She slammed the window shut. The sandwich was not what I have experienced at other Subway stores. Hardly any fillings. This was the 3rd time I had visited this store in 3 years. Each time I had a bad experience. I waited a year between visits thinking maybe things would get better. They didn't. The Subway off 27th & Cornhusker is great. Sandwiches are always good. Employees rock.

It is disappointing when you live only a few blocks from this location and they are rarely ever busy, and when you go in, they don't have what you want. Don't understand for a location that doesn't get as much business as other locations they don't have any product ready to go. Always out or just one meatball instead of enough to make a sandwhich. It's been multiple times. Then having to drive to another location. They need to close this one down. Ridiculous.
