One of the employees who has been there a while, she doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know her name. But she has a cow tattoo on her right arm. I usually go in there on my break which isn’t long. So I’m usually in a rush. She is really slow and not efficient. She seems irritated 99% of the time. She can at least pretend to be happy to be there. Or does she know nothing about customer service? Everyone else seems happy and can at least fake it but she doesn’t even try. Just do better.

Young man behind the counter was awesome! I dont think its right he was workong alone because he seemed stretched thin between customers considering the drive through however he was very on top of the orders and make each sandwitch carefully with attention and we appreciate him very much. Thank you for your services!

I came into the store at 9:36 on 6/8/2023 a young lady came up to the counter and informed me they were closed. I saw the hours online said they close at 10. I asked the cashier what time they closed and she said they're open till 10. I don't understand why you work there if you don't want to serve people. Very poor attitude as well. I could see her in the mirror pointing towards the back room and she was sitting on her phone. All the items were out and ready to go. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I had some specific questions about the ingredients in a sauce and I really just expected an "I don't know" and that would be the end of it. The person helping us went out of her way to find out (we were the only ones in there). I really appreciated the extra service.

Pulled up to the touch screen that did not work. It was covered in hand prints and dirty. I pushed the help button and no one answered. Drove to the window and no one was in there. That tells me they have higher priorities, so I did them a favor and went to Good cents. It was great.Dietary restrictions: What I didn't receive has 0 fat and 0 calories.

Witnessed employee wash his hands, place gloves on, before making my sandwich. The employee was professional and the sandwich (a footlong flatbread cali turkey club) was excellent. Appreciate the cleanliness of this store. I just walked out of a subway 5 miles west because the employee sneezed into their hand and continued to make a customers sandwich.

Ordered 2 sandwiches toasted neither were one was missing all condiments put on. Ordered a sandwich and was then informed they weren't making anymore for the night at 6 p.m. when they don't close for 3 more hours. I've had multiple issues with this location and even though it is minutes away I will drive farther for better service.
