It's very sad when young employees have nothing better to do but, stand around & chatter with friends,& start arguing in front of customers, & not waiting on customers, like they should, tables filthy & to lazy to change out dispenser for pop, & no napkins. Where was manager on duty? New way of running a business? Overall the the place was not clean & in dissary! Don't have to worry about us coming back.

Your cashier Sheena is rude as hell and needs to go through corrective measures. I was trying to say something to her and she slams the window on me before I could even finish. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe she should find a new one. Never have I ever had a rude cashier going through the drive-thru before until her.

The employees here are extremely rude and dense. They’ll mock you and make fun of your order as well as roll their eyes if you ask for a sauce packet, or literally anything that may pose a minor inconvenience to their day. On top of that, their manager condones this behavior and doesn’t care enough about their job to try and fix anything. On top of that, they refuse to take multiple orders from one party, whether you’re in the store or in the drive thru. They also don’t know how to or don’t care to be able to split payments (like using two cards for one order or paying some in cash and the rest on a card). I could go on and on about this place, but I’ll leave it at that.

I ordered a beef Chalupa and it looked like they smeared beef on it then filled it with cheese and lettuce. Then I ordered my son a drink Baja blast and it had no ice and it was a Lil over half way filled?Thats taking it too damn far!

You always forget something

I don't know if they were just having a bad night, or if this restaurant has just gone downhill drastically. The service tonight was not good. It took at least 10 minutes to get our orders. I only ordered a nachos bell grande and a drink. The fountain machine in the dining room was out of ice. The condiment station was a mess, with actual trash stuffed into some of the sauce packet containers. The counter by the fountain machine was so wet and dirty that I didn't want to set my bag on it while got my drink. There were very few people in the dining room but every available table was dirty. The trash cans were full and needed to be taken out as well. It looked like no one had tended to the dining room in a very long time. They didn't appear to be particularly busy, as several of the employees could be seen standing around and talking in the kitchen.I used to frequent this location, and have had good experiences, particularly during lunchtime. In fact, this Taco Bell is out of the way for me, but I drove here anyway because the service at the Taco Bells closer to my home usually leaves quite a bit to be desired.
