Went through the line when they handed me my food I asked if that was everything they told me yes. Got home and was missing half my order. Came back for it and it took them over 45 minutes to bring it to me!! Hate this place. He told me we will get to it when we get to it

This Taco Bell always handles their business. Modifications to items are always there. Last night I tried a chicken enchilada burrito and added on guac, jalapeno cream sauce, and tortilla crisps. Definitely a new favorite, that thing was loaded up tasty.

I ordered a veggies craving box online. When I got there they gave me the wrong mobile order. I pulled around to get my new order and confirmed that it was vegetarian and the workers said yes. Come to find they gave me all beef products again. :(

Some of them are on phones and some are just standing around has poor customer service. No respect towards customers or other service like door dasher. Lady was in the drive through was snapping off to people.

The last 3 times I went they have forgotten parts of my order. That is impressively bad service. To make things up I was given an app reward of a bean burrutio or similar. Are you kidding me???! At least give me a refund! The missing items are way more than a lousy bean burrito.
