Came here for lunch. The WORST customer service experience ever. Waited over 15 mins for food with only 1 person in front of me, all whole 10 people got their food through the drive thru. I asked an employee if she knew when our food would be ready or the gentleman's that was waiting longer than we were. Her response was absolutely ugly and completely unwelcoming. Then the lady who claimed to be a manager sat there and argued with us about cheese sauce we paid for but didn't get. I then went up to speak with the manager to discuss my issues and she was completely unprofessional. This store needs a lot of help and needs some new positive faces. I hope for the sake of this food chain you will read this and make the necessary changes. Didn't even want to leave 1 star, but had to for this review.

Newly remodeled nice location, clean , roomy, fast service, good food definitely will return.Parking: Six pack and a pound on sale $2.00 off. Feb 2024. Some to take home for lunch next day.Kid-friendliness: Clean ,open area, public restrooms. No alcohol served, sets back from busy road.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, plenty of room and a drive threw if need be.
It's not as good as it used to be. Several times my potatoe ole's were very overcooked. There isn't any consistency. I also can't get my app to work. I order, pay, confirm I'm at the restaurant, but my order doesn't pop up on the screen until after I leave or until I re-order at the window and pay again. They are very nice about it and apologize.
The worst was both bathrooms were out of order....for me bathrooms clean and in working order are a game changer!!!!

The cashier was rude. I asked for customizations to my burrito and after laughing about them, they didn’t fulfill my customization. It wasn’t a crazy customization either, I just asked that they left my grilled burrito on the grill a bit longer than normal.
