If you are going to Lincoln or to see a Huskers game look no further. You must book the Courtyard Lincoln Haymarket. The hotel lobby is new and has tons of great places to sit and mingle with friends. On game day they have bloody mary's and mimosas, what more do I need to say. When its nice out they have a great patio with seating and a fire pit. Another great place to hang out with family and friends. I love that they have Queen size beds. Makes it way more comfortable when sharing a room. The breakfast is great and they serve grab and go and Starbucks brand coffee. Best part - walking distance to any bar or restaurant in Haymarket. Walking distance to Pinnacle and Memorial Stadium. Staff is SOOOO friendly and Jesse the manager is fantastic. He will take care of any special requests. I will ONLY stay at the Courtyard in Haymarket and as a season ticket holder I book all of my rooms as soon as the schedule comes out.

If you go to Lincoln and need a hotel to stay at I recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Lincoln Downtown down in the Haymarket!! Some of the nicest people and the hotel is clean, warm and inviting!! I was anxious to stay there but check-in was easy and they were so nice upon check-in! The Assistant Manager (can't think of his name) was so nice and helped best he could when my phone won't connect to the WiFi. The lady that checked me in was also nice, since I hadn't stayed there before she explained the breakfast and restaurant to me (I just wasn't pay attention because I got distracted by meeting one half of the undisputed WWE tag team champions Kevin Owens, who happened to check in the same time I was checking in). 10/10 would recommend. I plan on staying there from now on whenever I get to Lincoln

Clean, spacious. Front desk staff was super helpful as was house cleaning. They gave us the perfect room and were prompt with bedding and pillows. Great location, quiet at night, next to an excellent sushi restaurant called Blue Sushi.

Very clean, the service is nice, and they have the option for valet which is helpful. The restaurant there is very minimal but the food they had was good. The room was very roomie and the beds were very comfortable.

I was in Lincoln for business. I arrived a couple of days early to enjoy the town. Chose this hotel because it was really close to the Lied center where I was working. The service was superior. The front desk check in was simple and not even necessary because of the app. Using the key from the app is amazing. I met the person at the front desk and he remembered making sure my room was ready. I asked about parking. He gave me a key to make the parking free...otherwise, $17 daily. That would have been a bummer. And he saved it on his own. The outdoor area is amazing. Nice fire pit and sitting areas. The hotel is situated next to a sushi place. Gorgeous place...ambience awesome...service great....overpriced still. In Atlanta, we don't pay that much...but it was still good and convenient. Coffee at 6 AM in the morning even though they have coffee in the rooms. Downside...you have to pay $3 for first cup. After that it's free. This should probably be free like in other similar hotels...an amenity! Workout area is adequate and spacious. Location is awesome for walking and taking in the awesome town of Lincoln. They've made it super walker friendly. Love the lobby. So many various placed to sit. It's well planned. Best part service wise...I left some of my nicest clothes in the closet. Realized it once I was 4 hours away. Called. Housekeeping had kept it and the front desk person found out within 5 minutes and called me back. Fortunately, I have a good friend in the town who is going to go pick up the stuff and mail it. Keep up the good work!

The staff were very friendly and the building seems newer and upgraded! Everything g was clean and comfortable. They let us check in early. No free breakfast but we knew that to begin with. Good food options down in lobby. This is a very safe area and so walkable. Many shops and restaurants all around! lots of college students around at bars and restaurants since the football stadium is across the way. We loved it!

This is my ‘go to’ hotel in Lincoln because of the convenient location and consistently friendly staff. As usual, my most recent stay exceeded expectations. This was my first stay since they remodeled the hotel, and the rooms and lobby look great. My favorite part of staying here is the staff, it’s obviously they genuinely enjoy working here which rubs off on the guests. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We stayed here while in town visiting family - rooms are spacious, beds comfy, bathroom well designed. Windows open which is nice to let in some fresh air. The staff was competent. The food/beverages where the typical Courtyard offering, well prepared. There is a spacious outdoor seating area in addition to a large lobby with plenty of seating or places to work if you want to get out of your room. The location is great - you can walk everywhere - there is a Starbucks a short walk away as well. Street parking is free overnight (not sure if that is the case on event weekends) or you can park in the garage across the street.

This isn't my preferred hotel in Lincoln but the service eas good throughout my stay. The breakfast could be so much better but the staff are excellent. Rooms looking a little tired these days and very noisy a/c, but at least it cooled the room.

This is a nice place. All employees are incredibly nice. The rooms are so incredibly well maintained. The cleaning team is fenomenal. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Big beds, enough storage. Good wifi. A parking on the other side of the road. The people serving breakfast is extraordinary; truly exceptional. Overall is great. Only feedback I'd give is about breakfast details that seem to be down rating the whole experience. In the included breakfast only termo coffee is provided. You have to choose either coffee or juice. It is actually a Starbucks corner who provides this breakfast. No restaurant. This is probably a detail, and I am sure it makes the management easier; but I believe it undermines the overall experience making it feel like being in a shopping mall. For this reason I would never come back to this hotel if I ever would be back in Lincoln. So it is fair to say it, so that the owners might want to change it.

This hotel is wonderful! It is immediately inviting and staff were all so friendly. Restaurant has great breakfast. The rooms were immaculate. There is a cozy fireplace outside. Walking distance to many great restaurants!

I highly recommend in the large selection of hotels that you stay here at the courtyard/Haymarket. The overall feel is very new modern and clean I'm guessing has been recently remodeled as you can smell that the carpet is new throughout the hotel. There is a very warm and inviting aroma when you first enter the hotel which is a nice touch and comforting. The room quality is absolutely outstanding the furniture bedding bathrooms everything clean and very modern. Do yourself a favor check in here because the walk ability score to absolutely wonderful dining is a 10 out of 10. You are absolutely surrounded by wonderful places to eat and you never have to drive. I cannot forget to mention the wonderful staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful it really enhances the experience.

I was across the street at the garden inn and it was horrible. This place is like paradise! Michelle and Cat at the bistro were so much fun. They made my meal exactly as I requested and made me laugh. The beds are sumptuous. I like that I can control the heating and air with the thermostat. It's nice and quiet here.

I was surprised by how good the burger was. Fries had a good seasoning.
