The worst customer service ever. Got the wrong pizza and it took an hour to reach a manager. We were constantly put on hold. I guess we don't get supper tonight for our daughters birthday. Instead we spent the night waiting to just get the right pizza. Super disappointed!!!!!!

Smallest wings of all time. Tasted okay, nothing special but I didn't know wings could be so small. It's the size of half of my finger.Not worth the wait or taste. Just go to DeLeon's.

I went here at like 1 am. And the were super friendly given the time and how busy they were with other people. They made sure I was happy with my order and also made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy it.Parking: There was no parking due to the location.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes in the building they had a nice ramp on one side.

Pizza is average quality for a premium price! The Cheese curds are just plain pre breaded frozen curds that were cold, probably more a 2.5 but I was feeling generous this evening!

Pizza and breadsticks were great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Store cleanliness was good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service could use some work. I was not acknowledged or greeted until I was in the restaurant for about 10 minutes. Had I not already had an online order placed, I definitely would not have waited. However, when I was greeted, Tristan was kind and helpful. He let me know how long it would be, which ended up being a bit quicker. Efficiency was good as far as production. But, I was not pleased with the other male employee discussing some recent discipline for his work attitude so flagrantly with another employee. This same employee also looked at me several times without a greeting or acknowledging I was even there.When our order was ready, Tristan brought it up. I requested plates and napkins because we were just passing through town and heading to our hotel. He kindly offered them along with condiment packs. I specifically asked him for his name so I could give him a personal shout-out. Kudos, Tristan! I really hope he sees this or that his manager does and passes this along.Service overall ⭐️⭐️Service from Tristan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I work front desk at a motel. I give recommendations daily on where to order. I will now only tell late-night guests to order from Rita's (11th & Cornhusker). I will not hand out ANY Toppers menus to guests.I ordered tonight and was told they no longer give discounts to motel employees. They've told me this twice before, yet other coworkers are able to get the discount whenever they order.Yes, I'm mad. It's because of the inconsistencies.
