Clean which i liked but very loud inside, i couldn't hear anything the whole time. Seating arrangements were pretty uncomfortable and there was no privacy.Drinks were great, food was kinda bad.Ordered a med-well filet and there was no red inside at all it was completely dead.Lobster tail was cold.2 different vegetables for sides and both were mushy with no seasoning which was the worst part.My friends steak was spot on medium, couldn't have been better, and her vegetables were undercooked with no seasoning. Hmm.. i wouldn't go back or recommend this place unfortunately. Huge let down after wanting to go for a few years now and finally doing it.

My dad and I chose the Venue while he was visiting from Texas. We went at about 3:00 pm on Friday. The menu design is stupid and confusing. It took over 15 minutes to get one cocktail. Our salads were delivered in lovely bowls. Unfortunately the bowls cannot hold a fork, a knife or a ramekin of dressing. My dressing fell in my lap immediately. I couldn't set my fork or knife down without them falling off. Stupid. It's nice to look at but totally ridiculous to eat from. The food was okay, the drink (when I finally got it) was delicious. Our server, Sam, was delightful! Friendly, helpful and really service oriented. We won't go back, but I might just go for a cocktail if Sam is there.

Excellent dinner! Our waiter Romano was THE best!! His attention to detail & service was extraordinaire - he was easy to interact with and made our dinner a memorable, highly satisfying experience. We will request ROMANO on every future visit!Meals were hot and plentiful besides being delicious!! This will be a place we visit more frequently for sure!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our service was very spotty. The server was great and knowledgeable, but several times he had to apologize for things taking so long. A long time for our drinks and wine to start. Another time he said he was late because he was making deserts. Our salad didn't come out before our meal. Overall, very disappointed with what is supposed to be one of Lincoln's best restaurants. The food was good. Our friends said their steaks were very good. We've had very mixed experiences with both the food and service at The Venue. We're always a bit hesitant, but go there on occasion for a special occasion once in a while if our friends want to meet there or we get a gift card.

We LOVED our first visit to Venue and will definitely be back! The food was fantastic (highly recommend the General Tsao Brussels Sprouts), the drinks were great, the service was awesome.

Mallory's a terrific server. She did everything right and made sure my dietary allergies were noted and assured me my meal would be perfect. She is very thorough and helpful You do need to have a lactose free dessert option available such as a sorbet or cookies

All four of us loved our meals...everything was delicious. The bread and flavored butters, salads, and dinners were all great. We were a little disappointed that you were out of Guinness but we managed :) Love Cory's cooking and MacKenzie was a perfect server.

We spent 120.00 for a steak,3 small potatoes and a teaspoon of vegetables. No salad,,, no rolls and 1 refill of water . The waitress had a very low cut tshirt on,, you could see a lot. Children were present, and they did not need to see this. The steak was ordered rare served well. This was an award banquet. I can't believe a restaurant can do this.Very bad restaurant.

Had a reservation at 5:15p, we were not seated until 6p. Both hostesses were overly unhelpful and one of them was especially rude about the situation when I pointed out that they missed our reservation.At first they moved us to the lounge to wait for drinks at a table that was reserved for a later time. We were told we needed to move when we said we’d rather stay in our seats since they missed our reservation. They essentially forced us to move which was very embarrassing in front of perspective clients who we were treating to dinner and other diners. It is not your patrons’ problem or fault if you as a restaurant cannot hold your reservations. Absolutely ridiculous. When we were finally seated, they did not bring us menus to order for an additional 15 minutes.The management staff did comp our drinks and meals which was warranted for the absurdity of the evening and the rudeness of the staff.Our waiter, Cat, was exceptional, friendly, prompt, and lovely. She is a great employee above all others there, especially the hostesses would do well to follow her example.We have eaten here many many times and it will be a long time before we return, if ever.
