New Favorite Place! Dad and I stopped in last week for the first time since the remodel. I wish we would have came in sooner. The mood is positive, the environment is clean, the food was great, and the staff is awesome… We are currently back in drinking good coffee awaiting some more great food.

The California Skillet mostly Potatoes very little of anything else. Only about a table spoon of Hollandaise sauce.Had very little flavor. Avocado was brown, potatoes were too big of chunks and were under cooked. The biscuits & gravy were dry, Hashbrowns were almost burned. Tried their Hasbrown pancakes, they were only browned on one side and the Hashbrowns and bacon were almost burned. We have had most of this before and it was definitely not as good as usual.

The food is always fantastic at this location! I would have given a higher rating, if it weren't for the service we received. Our waitress, Morgan, did not ask how our food was or if we needed anything - just handed us the bill during our meal. We did, in fact, need some things, like syrup for pancakes and hot sauce for eggs/hash browns. And we were wanting dessert as well, which then prompted another bill to be given later (before our dessert was served) and as we headed to the counter to pay, it was then told to us that we would normally be paying at the table. So, food was great (minus syrup and other condiments that would've made it more enjoyable), and other tables - with other waitresses - seemed to have great service.

Wednesday is free pie night!…. With an entree and beverage.Village Inn is fairly predictable, which is what I am looking for. Basic American food at a reasonable price.It’s just that they serve Pepsi products and I prefer Coke Zero.
I ordered pies for Thanksgiving. I ended up having to cancel them unfortunately and was told I would receive a full refund of $37. I was very happy to hear this. The individual assured me a manager would handle it the next day.I waited a few days and called to see if the refund had been initiated as I did not see it reflected on my account.The individual I spoke to said he would look into it and assured me it would be handled. Ha! I’m still waiting. No phone call, no refund……..disappointing.I left 3 stars because I still think their pies are amazing!

We ordered 16 pies to pick up for our 4 Lincoln locations (80 associates) for our holiday luncheon. Village Inn was great to work with and even had our pies separated by branch so it was easier for me to deliver them. Thank you for helping make this a seamless process for us!
