Only one person in this restaurant at the time spoke English. And they would mess up taking orders. The service has always been bad at this Wendy's. It's worth the drive across town to another Wendy's franchise

Worse food, service, asked the rep to repeat my order and she couldn't cause she didn't speak English. I honestly have no idea how she took it in the first place 3 burgers ,2 Fry's,2 drinks 35.00.... for that kind of service..

Checked hours- open until 11. Went to drive thru at 9:30pm. No answer after 3 min so drove around as lights are on. Lady in 1st DT window with a whole headset on her head just staring out the window at us. So we go back, maybe she didn't get to it quick enough, nothing...then some intelligible gibberish over the speaker. We waited 7 minutes before we drove back around. This time you could see them ducking down in the back area hiding. HIDING. So just fyi...1. You're paying employees to do absolutely nothing and ignore customers instead of working. Might need to fire a few people. 2. If you aren't going to be open your posted hours, put a sign up! 3. This is piss-poor customer service. Also, I'd like to add at the point we went around the second time there were 4 cars behind us. So 5 customers that could have given you sales, but your "staff" doesn't care. I went out of my way to drive there because I checked it was open. Online ordering was open. This was nothing more than lazy employees not wanting to work, but getting paid to be disrespectful to your customers and your companies. I spent my time and gas to get out there just to leave furious. Get it together. Get your staff under control. P.s. I was getting food for 6 people and with your prices it would have been an $80+ order. Sad your employees are losing you money.

I was next door to Wendy's so my review is based on the last time I was at Wendy's. The atmosphere is what you would expect at a fast food place. Looks clean, but the floor is shiny and a bit slippery. The service is adequate in the time it takes and the handing of the food to its customers. Dave Thomas would be looking for more.
