“I was next door to Wendy's so my review is based on the last time I was at Wendy's. The atmosphere is what you would expect at a fast food place. Looks clean, but the floor is shiny and a bit slippery. The service is adequate in the time it takes and the handing of the food to its customers. Dave Thomas would be looking for more.“
“the hours listed on google said they opened at 6:30. Got there around 7:15 and tried to go inside. The hours on the door said both the lobby and pick-up window didn’t open until 10. I noticed there were people in the drive thru so I went through and sure enough they were open. Order taker was friendly and my food was done quickly and was very fresh.“

“This place is a light in the darkness that is Southpointe customer service. A cheesey metaphor, but it's totally warranted for these guys. For the past year, I've come to this Wendy's multiple times often at the least common eating times and at different days within the week. Their service is so refreshing every single time I visit. Their staff is very polite, and whenever I'm asked about my day, it always seems like they do actually care, even if they don't. There are times where they're quite obviously understaffed, yet that doesn't stop them from being kind and well mannered. The food is always consistent, even during the more awkward eating hours that I engage in. I always sympathize with customer service staff, especially when I consider what kind of work they do and what they have to deal with. I've been there. So it doesn't surprise me that Southpointe is filled to the brim with sour faced, often impolite frontmen trying to get you out the door. I even witnessed a young guy at a totally different restaurant, about my age, throwing his towel at a wall in anger upon me showing up to order. This Wendy's, though, seems to be something completely different and I just wanted to share my appreciation to them, as it shouldn't go unnoticed. Thank you!“
“I went thru the drive through going home and ordered 2 10 piece spicy nuggets. They had me pull ahead and wait which I had no problem with. Yay...hot nuggets! But...only 10 were fresh and the other 10 cold and must have been In the bag waiting for the others to get done. Seriously, if you have to make fresh just give them to me both fresh! The 10 not so fresh were not good and cold! Good thing fast and courtesy service.“
“I placed a mobile order and came through the drive through to pick it up. The person over the speaker and at the window was very nice and friendly. The food was hot and so tasty! The plain old regular chicken sandwich with nothing on it but lettuce was actually SO good! Very happy with my experience here.“
