Dear Sam, when you limit my sample cups to one cup singular (and you did say that I could only have one when you offered four to the woman who entered the store behind me), it really compromises my Yogurtini experience. How am I to find the flavor that truly speaks to me when I am not allowed to investigate? Not to mention watching you eating all the toppings straight out of the containers offered to the public was not appetizing, let alone sanitary. I paid over twenty dollars for two people and I expected better customer service than what I received. As it is I do not see myself returning anytime soon, especially if you are still behind the counter.

We have been going here for years and Yogurtini never disappoints! So many great flavors, with new ones every once in a while. We love that you can try a flavor before committing to it. Stopped here again recently on a hot day and this treat hit the spot!

The frozen yogurt is delicious! I have missed Orange Leaf and this was a close replacement! They have great cookie dough options!There are no listed prices, of any kind, anywhere. Your treats are charged by weight and they don't even have that pricing shown. Keep in mind the weight of the cup, frozen yogurt, and toppings can add up quickly.Don't come here if you're on a budget. I paid for 3(2 young adults) and the bill was just over $50!!!!
We have been yogurtini customers for many years and have loved it. We went in today and there was no tare available for our reusable yogurtini cups and we were charged over $25 for 2 16oz size ice creams. I was trying to let it go as we had a gift card, and was then informed that gift cards weren't working. A very frustrating situation.

The ladies were nice. Greeted us when we walked in. But the guy with glasses was very rude! He told people “come get your sample cups here because I’m not walking over there” He seemed to be more concerned about his conversation with one of the girls there rather than working. He just stood behind the register with his hands in his pocket while the girls were cleaning and stocking. Over all the experience wind have been great but his attitude and rudeness ruined the visit.

I worked here for many years and loved it. The owners are extremely kind and expect a lot from their team members. The stores are perfectly clean and well-tended. I often crave their dole whips and cake batter flavors. I am sad that I live so far away now and can’t get it anymore. I’ve been to several other Yogurtini’s in several different states and I haven’t seen another location with as many options or toppings. Definitely recommend!
