I recently visited Ziggi's Coffee and was impressed by the quality of their coffee and the friendly service. I ordered a strong cold brew with cream and it was delicious! The coffee was so strong and smooth, but needed a tad more cream. I will definitely return to Ziggi's to try other drinks and some of the food items.

Local franchisee is not overly sharp. They hire a GM, send him off for training and not even check his background first. Then they look like idiots and let him go. But they are former military.....what can you expect!

Excellent coffee and service! Their interior was nice and clean, plus they have a generous rewards program.
Great coffee shop. Very friendly barista staff. Prices are a little high and the interior has a lot of echos making conversation hard but the coffee is excellent.

I placed it at 9:50 for 10:15 pickup with respect for the workers and the amount of time it takes, any crowd, etc. Being considerate, I checked in at the counter at 10:05 just to have some wiggle room. Big mistake. I saw the drive thru cycle through 3 times while I waited.3.Times.I finally got my drinks at 10:50. Had I just hopped in the drive-thru, like anyone else who had a hankering for coffee, I could've presented my mobile order and gotten my drinks and left by 10:20. I will never wait inside again! ?

Thought I would dine in today with my family who was visiting from out of town. Well, I’m sure sorry I did!!! They forgot our order because it seemed as if they were too caught up with the drive through lane. After 20 minutes (!!!!) we went back to the counter and asked and then they threw our order together. Two of our drinks were very watery and bland- a latte and a matcha latte. So sad. So miserable waiting with everyone- including two small children. I want my money back.

The food and drink was the same as you get at any other chain coffee shop. Very average except the drinks were extremely sweet. They clearly prioritize drive thru traffic. The wait inside was ridiculous (15+ minutes).

Love their refreshing energy infused drinks. After a hot day at work they sure hit the spot. The staff is always super friendly, and the lounge is a great place to sit and visit, or quiet enough tobdo some work.
