The waitress was super nice and very attentive. They changed their menu and took off the item that we go back for. Only serving at lunch now. Ordered the chicken sandwich and it wasn't er cooked. Still good flavors but literally dark brown in color.

I am basing this on your Corned Beef and Cabbage today only. I would have preferred the gravy not be on the meat and cabbage. It belongs on the potatoes only (which were not mashed enough). The cabbage was too soggy because of this. I could not eat it all based on these things.

No highchairs - We tried going here however, they don't have any highchairs and with a younger child, there is simply no reasonable way to have a nice family dinner here which is unfortunate because the menu looks great. I get some places may do this by design so giving a 3 for now and hoping other parents of littles see this and avoid if their kids are along for the dinner trip.

Had high expectations for this place based off of 50/50 reviews.Also loved Schillingbridge when it was here and was sad to see a lot of new staff that didn’t stay from Schillingbridge.food was okay but for the price I wish you got more on certain items such the nachos, and the fries were super peppered and salted it was unbearable to eat more than a couple.Our service was decent until I had to ask for a refill twice and also wait 15 mins for our check to arrive after having everything cleared off and ready to go and told they’d be right back w/ the check.I never leave google reviews, but this place was honestly enough to irk me. Coming from Schillingbridge to this.Downgrade to say the least.Most likely won’t be back

Had high expectations for this place, since we were regulars at schillingbridge. Their “nachos” are 8 tortilla chips with melted cheese and a taste of pork + beans, for $14!! So ridiculous!! They were also supposed to come with guacamole and we had to ask the server for it. I ordered a mule and it tasted completely watered down. It doesn’t even have ginger beer in it. I got a burger and truffle fries. I’ve had better burgers from fast food places. The truffle fries were not done well, really heavy on the truffle.The service was okay, started off strong but quickly went down. There are so many other places in Lincoln where you can pay the same amount, have quality food + drinks, and even have some food to take home for leftovers. So sad this is what replaced schillingbridge. Overall, not impressed & we probably wont be back.

Pretty disappointed in the menu and "reservation policy". Just made things slightly confusing for us and other people just trying to get a table. The service was great food ok, drinks had a swell selection. Schilingbridge was great the way it was. Shouldn't have changed.

Just curious…. Has anyone been asked to leave a restaurant due to the table being needed for a reservation? We had reservations and were asked to leave when our “time was up” (20 minutes after getting our meals). Needless to say we won’t be back to Zipline Tap & Grill. Why would I go back when I was asked to leave?

For the most part the food was good. BUT we ordered a pretzel for starters. It came out and was 5 pieces of sourdough bread. Not a pretzel at all. We called the waitress back and she said “oh ya that's our pretzel”. It was absolutely not a pretzel at all. She asked if we would like to send it back and we said yes. We didn't want 5 slices of sourdough, we ordered a pretzel. She brought the bill and refused to remove it from the bill. Bad first impression from a new place. We even looked up the photos on their website of the pretzel, it was at least pretzel bread.
Great food and beer.I got the pickle brined chicken sandwich. It was maybe the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in Lincoln. Perfectly crispy and the meat wasn't dry. I personally could have had it be spicier but otherwise all the flavors worked really well. The fries were nice and crisp with a really good seasoning.My partner got the shaved ribeye cheese steak. She said it was good but she kind of wished she had gotten something else. Just wasn't the kind of cheese steak she was looking for that day. I had a bite and it tasted good.I think we'll both be trying the smash burger the next time we come in and I want to try that country fried steak some time as wel.Had an excellent selection of Zipline's beers. We each got two, trying things we hadn't had before. Zipline just makes good beer so no complaints there.Lastly, I won't be bringing my vegetarian friends here. The options were pretty meager.Excited for the patio when the weather warms up. Could see splitting appetizers with friends and having a few beers.

The food meets the high bar Zipline's beer has set for me at home for years. Excited to have this place relatively close to home so I can enjoy a more expansive selection of their beers than is available on most shelves and have a quality meal to go with it! Reservations probably don't hurt for the weekends at least, but so far I've managed to post up without one no matter the time or day of the week.

The waitress was dumb. She stirred chocolate into spoiled milk with clumps and served it to a five year old that said it tasted bad! The waitress served all but 1 meal which the other person waited another 15 minutes before she got served! Then they tried to bill me for 2 beers when I only got to drink 1! I don't recommend this place at all!

This place is fresh, modern, and new. Having only been open for a month, you would expect it to be. The food was decent. I enjoyed what I had, though I wouldn't say they have any kind of food that stands out from similar restaurants. Maybe I just need to try more things.Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. They were not too busy, so we were able to joke around a bit. I did not try the bar side, but it also looked clean. We went to Zipline Tap & Grill for lunch. I ordered their "CFS", chicken fried ribeye. They brought my order out and it was breaded chicken. They don't even have fried chicken on the menu! Not sure how you mix up chicken and steak like that. Thankfully, the server offered to comp my meal right away.
