I think this is some of the best food in Omaha. This was my second time visiting Sauced ny Alfaro. This time I got the special which was the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was absolutely perfection. The most amazing flavors. I loved the french fries-perfectly crispy and amazing flavor. We also got the fried cauliflower which is to die for. I highly recommend everyone visiting Sauced by Alfaro. Both times, we’ve taken our food over to Twisted Vine and enjoyed their atmosphere as well. The first time we played music bingo on a Thursday night and that was so so fun. I recommend this little area of greater Omaha!!

I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and was really impressed. I loved the sweetness in the initial bite and the perfect amount of spiciness that followed. The fries were really good too. Chef Alfaro is also an amazing human being. You have to check out Sauced by Alfaro ASAP!

I love small businesses and love trying all the little ones we have around town, but sauced by Alfaro is not the spot. If you like carnival food this is the spot to go the amount of grease that is in their is food should be a public health concern. The amount of food to price ratio is criminal. They say they base their price off the chefs talent. I didn’t know it was such a talent to cover chicken in seasonings and breading and drop it in a deep fat fryer. Be sure to be in health and good wealth before trying.

Our first time here. Food and service was excellent. My wife had the spicy Thai peanut chicken sandwich and loved it. I had their chicken Alfredo sandwich special. It was big, messy and delicious. Maybe one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. Highly recommend.

Tried it for the first time with my folks, and we are completely sold on this spot. Conveniently located by Pokemon gyms!! Meant to give a staff member my code ? 456480717274You know it's a successful spot if pokemon are involved. Also, the Bang Bang chicken was amaze-sauce!

Ended up not eating here as the wait time was over two hours. The cashier was nice, but did not inform us of the wait until after we ordered our food. To be fair, it was our first time there and we did not know that a majority of their customers ordered ahead of time (over the phone). The restaurant itself was a small, L-shaped place (corridor is a more fitting description), but they have seating in the back, which was outside of the building (it was cold when we came out, so that was not a possibility). I have heard great things about the food, but I have not experienced it yet. Maybe someday, especially now that we know to order ahead of time.Parking: It's in downtown Papillion, so plan accordingly.

Sauced is simply excellent! My wife and I ordered two meals, shrimp taco’s and the Guinness (sp) French dip. We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed both. Wonderful staff, customer focused, which is rare these days.
