“Tried our first Runza this week in Omaha (we are from Colorado and were visiting family in Nebraska). We loved it, so we stopped in the store in McCook. Great service from the staff, excellent food (we both had the original Runza with Frings). I highly recommend this store and Runza as well.“

“We went the day before and the food was made wrong twice. Only went back once to have fixed. We ended up going last night due to an emergency room visit. Food was made correctly this visit. Thank you. I do have one thing to share, it would be nice to see driver thru window sills cleaned. It seems that every fast food restaurant seems to have a problem with them being cleaned. They tend to be dirty and greasy looking. Very unappealing. I find this with the back door trim handle. Knowing the trash is being dumped and the doors look black, and greasy is another problem. I am just bringing this to your attention. Your restaurant is not the only one I notice. As a business owner maybe pay attention to other's businesses. It seems to be a problem for many. Thank you.“

“Only ordered 3 breakfast Sandwiches and 3 ice coffees, no one behind me and still had to pull up to 3rd window??? Weird. Took FAR too long, this time. Food is ALWAYS Good and usually Service really is too. Must've been a rough start. “
