There were a few things my party, who have worked in the service industry, noticed that drastically turned them off during our time there:1. Staff just dug the glasses into the ice instead of using a scoop; that's how you get glass shards in drinks.2. Staff were grabbing glasses by the lip, where people drink out of.3. Good food, good portions, and reasonable price. Typical bar/diner food, but pretty tasty. Atmosphere is like a sports bar. It wasn't super busy when I was there on a week day during lunch time.

I've had more good then bad experiences here. But seems to be hit or miss on how good the food is. The weekends tends to be better food quality then during the week. Chicken fried steak is usually really good here but there has been a few times it was dry and cold.
